I heard MAC's crash really easily and it did when I used one. So prefer the PC to MAC.

Mac is just so expensive for what it is. I just bought a laptop today(main reason im back) and it is a 17" with all of the new technology and it was cheaper then one of the 13.3" laptops it had less hard drive space and so on.

I use my computer to do a lot of things and I really need compatibility that only Windows has.

My computer doesn't crash or anything, so I really don't have any trouble.

I don't really know. I've never had Mac but I've used it. Malachi's gay uncle says he loves it. But I just didn't get used to Mac as well as I'm accustomed to Windows.

PC, but only cause I don't know any specs for the Mac. If I knew what it had to offer I might get one. I hear they're better for graphics and stuff.

Don't bother posting any specs, though, I won't be checking this thread...

only real reason to get a mac is if you're into video or picture editing, otherwise meh

I'll take the stuffy old nerd in a suit over the cool hip guy any day.

Doesn't matter. I would still mainly run Linux on both platforms, so the difference is negligible.

PC because of all the game I can play on it.

PC. I'm a gamer at heart, so unless you can give me a great reason to switch from PC to Mac while providing a way to play all my games on a Mac, I'm not switching.

I LOVE my MAC! LOVE! It's the best computer ever. I even named it, but I forgot the name. Much better than the other two PCs in this house. Hate them both. They can die. They crash too much.

What's with all the MAC haters?

I was working with a mac in my computer graphics and animation 11/12 class and hated when it either lagged, closed the program, froze, or crashed. There were a few days throughout the course where all the computers could not start and we had to sit through the class doing other things to occupy ourselves. My friend even ended up losing his three weeks in progress car design because the mac lost the files... I personally prefer a pc because well... the only thing I ever seem to come across is lag from time to time. But every computer lags at some point or another. I have never had any luck in operating a mac so I can't say that I like it very much. I am sure if I took the manual and thoroughly went through it, sure I wouldn't mind it, but I think i'd still stick to a pc because I am more use to it.

I have two computers, my main one is a laptop running Windows Vista and then I also I have my other computer which is a desktop running Windows XP; basically I have no reason to own a Mac, I don't do video or audio editing, I like playing games, and many of the major programming assignments I do for school are required to run in Windows as that is the environment which my school predominantly uses.

I use PC because it's alot more compatible and alot less complicated. I've used Mac alot when I was in journalism class. It's effective in certain aspects, but again more complicated, and well, a heck of alot less familiar. I can't say I liked it too much, and I agree it froze alot. Still, it's good at what it was designed for. But PC is still for me ^^

Hee hee that commercial makes me lol every time though xD

I grew up with Macs. I used to play this game with these clocks that exploded or something. I was easily amused as a child, well I still am, actually. I just haven't been able to play that game in at least 10 years. XD

I use PCs these days, but I don't really consider one much better then the other. Macs are on the expensive side, but I wouldn't consider them "crap" like a lot of PC users I've seen have called them.
