hey all is anyone going to animeiowa this year??? Just wanted to know so far i know that two people are going besides me... kiyoshimo and band_geek<3er lol...if you are what are you going as???

...me and my friends are going as a naruto gang lol it will be fun!!!!:p :laugh: :ninja:

I hear Iowa is known for being a wild party state.
Having gone to AnimeIowa twice, I promise you that it is anything but.

What I noticed first off about AnimeIowa was how your name badge CLEARLY MARKS how old you are. There were 3 colors. Minor, 18-20, and 21+. Which you might joke about until you realized that maybe 10% of the con goers appeared to be 60+, and 75% were minors. You could imagine why they would need to make sure it was obvious.

The young folks were creepy, and the older folks were even more creepy. I don't especially want to go back there.

Yes, that's me. I at least got my collar up before he could start using tongue. The situation wasn't helped with Card Captor Will cheering him on.
