Does anyone know what female solo artist sings a song that starts "nagaku nagaku"? It's not Namie Amuro's "Can you Celebrate"

Could it be http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/shela/sepia.htm ? It doesn't start with "nagaku nagaku", but its part of the chorus.

Also I believe the phrase appears in FMA's Candy Rain song, but that too doesn't start with it.
