The vocalist for the 3rd and 4th openings to Gundam Seed is Tamaki Nami (family name first). Believe lists "See-Saw" and Realize lists "Shindou Naomi" (who? :D ).
The lyricist & composer on Believe are, naturally, incorrect as well.
