If you look at it from a logical stand point of view-(besides the obvious fact that it'd never happen therefore niether of them would win or lose-) Roy would not be able to strike Ichigo because Ichi fights in spirit form, and Roy does not. But, Ichigo would also not be able to strike Roy because Roy is not a wandering spirit OR a hollow. Ergo niether would win.

The fact that Roy may not be able to see Ichigo would give him a huge disadvantage. Also, Ichigo can move a lot faster than Roy`s flames. Plus, Roy does have his limits on the strength of his flame while Ichigo could continue on increasing the power of his attacks.
