Does anyone know a site that teaches the strokes for each kanji. thejapanesepage.com teaches it for most of 4 but not all of them. I really just need to know the strokes since I have other sources for the meanings. Thanks to anyone who can help :)
I can help you a little.
Try Jim Breen's WWWJDIC (http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/%7Ejwb/wwwjdic.html)
It's not a kanji site..
You can select "Find Kanji in Database (http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/%7Ejwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1B)" if you want to look for a kanji by typing its reading.. Check your spelling.
It's important that you know the meaning of the kanji because, oftentimes, numerous kanjis appear in a search specially when you type a monosyllabic ON-reading.
You can also use the MultiRadical Method (http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/%7Ejwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1R) when you don't know neither the reading nor the meaning but you know how the kanji looks like. It's just easy to learn using it..
Each kanji in the search results has its description where you can see the link to their animated SOD
Just feel free to ask me questions.

I did a little search on google and found what appears to be a wonderful tool called kanji alive (http://kanjialive.lib.uchicago.edu/main.php?page=overview&lang=en). The wiki on "kanji stroke order" is also quite good.

if you only want to check the stroke of any Kanji, go to this Japanese website. (of course, you have to install the font of Japanese before visiting)
http://kakijun.main.jp/
Pushing the "漢字の検索" button, it opens a new page. you can enter the Kanji into the box and check the stroke.

Somehow I'd like to ask why you use a separate symbol for the dakuten when you can type like,
ありがとうございました...
