And who would you be, would you be yourself, or take the place of an existing character?

I'd be myself, in bleach, as a lessor death god. I'd wanna work my way up there, instead of starting off all powerful :ninja:

To be honest I always saw myself either as...

A. A general type of good gu, whom helps the Main character out to an extent, usually losing fights/battles/whatever and realising how much he sucks at life. This leads him to go on a sa 'I feel sorry for myself so lets try evil' route which doesn't work and usually ends up as a loner outcast between good and evil. (DBZ, fight type anime)

Or B. Starting off as a semi-bad guy with some form of hidden thing forcing him to use these devilish acts until the good guys realise and try to help him, only to fail and have the guy brainwashed into some cybernetic monster.(Mech Anime)

or I would hang around in something like Rozen Maiden or DNAngle as a third wheel between good and evil.
