Question on Oblivion Deadra shrines

Now, I've been to almost all of the shrines, but two of which I cannot activate or take teh quest. One is Hermacus Mora, exactly what is teh path recuired to do his quest.

And the other is, I cannot remember the name at the moment, but it's near Bruma kinda southeast, but you have to be ugly. Exactly how do you become ugly? I tried being a vampire and not drinking blood for, quite a number of days. Any help would be nice.

For the ugly one, drink a bunch of beer then talk to it. I kid you not. I lowers your PERSONALITY.

For the other one, you have to complete ALL the other Daedric shrines, then you'll have one of his followers visit not too long after.
