There really are no realistic chances of winning such amounts of money. To win an amount of money with certainty at a lottery, you will have to pay at least that amount in tickets.

Most likely have the bridge in my nose done to get a cat-like nose. Have my teeth replaced with fangs and thicker teeth. Well firstly, I wuld pay off my debt from my first year at Uni, secondly I was use a fraction of that money to see me through my remaining years while having a decent time aswell. During this time, items such as new shirts, a new hockey stick, beer will all be bought aswell as computer games.

Once I leave uni I will find a job as normal and buy a house in that area, obviously having things like water, electricity and internet available and at the highest class. Simple as, to be honest I can't sit at home all day everyday, it would be boring

1.Gather all the best techno scientists in the world and lock them in torture chambers until they come up with an invention that would make all those dramatic anime special effects come to life.

3.Set up my own government there and change it every week just to see how people react that is if they are all still alive.
4.Invent an immortality portion and give it to the one person I hate the most so they can live for years and years and never die in peace even they wanted to.
