1. Wrong Forum.
2. Chii-chan is incompatible with the current servers data system. It would take a long time for Ace or Jakaio to re-program Chii-chan to work with the new server system, and they are busy working on adding new features to Ace's sites and such to do it for now.

If you really want to talk to a chat bot, go on AIM and talk to: "smarterchild" (No quotation marks).
