Grand theft auto 4

Well in October the new Grand Theft Auto game will be out. Anyone have any ideas as to what city it'll be set in and who the main charector is. Anyone think it'll be better then San Andreas [in my opinion the best so far, even better then Liberty City stories and Vice City stories]?

Nothing can be San Andreas because of what you find in the police station to kill people with. That's just great.
