Waiting for Hellsing:Ultimate as the Manga is amazing!
Chrono Crusead has loads of Daemons and Religous stuff going on it and is set in late 1920's America. Think 'Nun's with Guns' fighting Daemons

Apart from that, a Manga called No Man's Land about Daemons in the Wild West (cowboys :D) The main Character's got a cool gun called a Buntline Special which is a .45 Colt Revolver, but has a 16" Barrel on it :eek: :cool:

Deathnote; Manga and Anime; are really good, but more like a Crime anime that all out Action, but it's still kicka$$ :cool:

Gungrave is also a great Anime in which the Main Character is an Undead Gunslining Bada$$ that fights Undead Mutants.

One Piece, followed right behind by Bleach, followed just behind by The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi.
