The first part is easy, what message if any you want to tell people...you just put it in the box...
And for the Image part You go to Image Host upload a picture from your computer then copy the picture itself with the right click of the mouse go back to edit signature right click again in the box that you put your message in this time say paste then you should see your picture in it ignore the image uploaders at the bottom they don't work trust me...
