This is a quick guide to those that don't know about Pretty Cure. Some of you's may already know the anime, but this thread is for people that just knew about PreCure and want to learn more! :)
Story:
The story follows Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro. Nagisa is sporty while Honoka is booky. Though they both go to Verone Academy, they have very little in common. But one night, Nagisa see's shooting stars, and wishes she has a boyfriend, but instead... A pink cell-phone comes flying in with several cards. It is Mepple, one of the beings from Garden of Light which was destroyed by Dusk Zone. Meanwhile, Honoka spots a glowing package in her family's shed, and it holds Mipple in a blue cell-phone similiar to Nagisa's. Mepple and Mipple tell them to go to the local amusement park so they cand find each other. So
the two go to the amusement park, and then Mepple and Mipple reunite. Then, one of Jyaku King's henchmen, Pisard comes by. He is looking for the two Prism Stones that both Mepple and Mipple keep. The Dark Five already have five, and need to find the last two. Before Pisard can destroy them, Nagisa and Honoka transform, and becomes the PreCure: Cure Black and Cure White. They learn a new attack: PreCure Marble Screw.
They defeat Pisard, but they have to fight the Dark Five, Three Seeds of Darkness, and Jyaku King himself. There's 49 episodes.
There's three seasons in Pretty Cure; PreCure, Max Heart and Splash Star. A new ally, Hikari Kujou/Shiny Luminous a.k.a, The Queen appears in Max Heart and helps the Cure's in battle. Max Heart has 46 episodes.
In Splash Star, it focuses on two new girls: Saki Hyuuga and Mai Mishou. Saki and Mai meet Flappy and Choppy, beings from Land of Fountains. The Dark Autumn has destroyed six of the Seven Holy Fountains. But the Fountain of Sun remains. So, Saki and Mai transform to Cure Bloom and Cure Egret to protect the last fountain and recover the other six. This third season is currently running in Japan.
