They are not changing Voice Actors. Jeremie sounds different because Shannon Mann was expermenting with his voice. She also plays Aelita.

I used to watch it all the time but it started to get old for me when I could figure out what was going to happen. I started to get back into it once the second season came out but I got right back out of it. Still a pretty good show for a while.
