Fullmetal Alchemist - Hagane no Kokoro

There's currently a stanza missing in the translation, and I've added my translation for it. I also fixed somewhat minor things like capitalization. Also, I noticed the footnotes didn't get carried over from the old site... that might be a little troublesome, and this likely isn't the only song with that problem. Also, there are a few minor problems with the romaji, as well as a spelling error that really stand out to me and makes me want to kill the person who translated this :p I'll leave the little apostrophes in the romaji. Even though they're not my style, they're not particularly wrong.
