Outside of the forums?

Do any of us really have a life outside of the forums? (I know most of us do) Just asking, I like to think I do ^_^;; I don't go out very often because I do not like the outer world, very much don't like society so I avoid going out during the day except for school. I mostly go out during the night seeing as that's when most of my friends are out, I get roughly 6 hours sleep and I only eat like once a day, I can admit it; I am pretty much a hermit although not the exact definition (just a rough idea). That be all I am willing to let out.

Yeah, I have a life. I go out with friends, drink only socially, and I'm going to enjoy my senior graduation, grad night, and prom.:)

I have a fantastic life outside the forums. I have billions of friends, I'm the head of the school, I have perfect hair and teeth, and I smell good all the time.

Okay, that was a lie. But only a very small one. I do smell good all the time; I love perfume. :D

But anyways, I do have a decent social life outside the e-walls of this forum.

Brief summary of Xero:
I'm a senior year high school student who gets 5 hours of sleep per night. I am part of the AP art studio program, earning college credits on the off chance that I feel inclined to apply to an art school. I am a varsity runner (6th out of 7) on the 2005 Massachusetts state chamption cross country team, and have somehow found the role as the teams' personal taxi. I am very athletic despite my thin build, but I only like running and volleyball. I am currently working on getting employment at the local Best Buy. But other than that, I don't have a lot of social activity, as I really don't like being around people all the time, and much prefer being alone or with one of two other people. At that point, I have never had a girlfriend, and have been told "I think of you like a brother" so many times, I think I'm half-dead inside. I'm planning on attenting UMass Lowell next year and entering in its nuclear engineering program. I live in a small, crime-rampant town south east of Boston, and I can't wait to leave.

I should write a book about my bland life...that would be some sort of amusing...

I've got friends, great classes and teachers, extra-curicular activities, and plenty to keep me busy. I don't get to go out as much as I'd like to, but I'm not some sort of anti-social hermit that lives under the bed.

I've got band and art-club.
I bike every day of the warm season.
I read often and occasionally write.
I hang out with a friend or two at least once a week.
So all in all I keep to myself, but I'm slowly coming out of my social shell so to speak. I find myself with more friends, and participating more often. It's nice.

Though this forum is my boredom killer and keeps my interest. So it does eat up a lot of my free time.

Life is grand away from the sites.
Work, friends, girlfriend (Who I actually met BECAUSE of the forums/chat), skateboarding, life in general. I feel bad for anyone who has no life besides the forums by choice. I can understand if they are dedicated to it and running it like certain people are. But if you are a regular member and spend you know.... ALL your time here, you need help. -_-;

I joined a sport team at school
I hang out with my friends on the weekends.
And I go to school.

I have a pretty good life outside of the forums. School, friends, girlfriend, hobbies, etc. I don't hardly get to talk to people in person after school due to isolation and lack of transportation, so most of my social life is online or on the phone. Still I will occasionally go to a party or find a way to town to hang out.

I have a life outside of forums. I think I do at least. lol I do get on here and check it 2 or 3 times a day, but I do have AF set as my homepage, so when I open my browser, I guess I have to check it while I'm here. XD

I graduated from college in June with a degree in web and graphic design, so I've been pretty home free since then. I plan on going back next year in the fall to Ohio State University to get a degree in Marketing or Public Relations, we'll see which. :D If I'm not working, I'm usually bumming it at home or I'm out with friends, more of the first one. I work in retail, so I love interactions with people, as they entertain me.

It's just intriguing that there are people who live on forums as I could not. >_> But they are definitely a nice distraction when you find yourself with a half hour to a hour to waste before you go do something. At least, I think so. =D

I used to, but when you live where I do in a country full of what people it has, you kinda subconsciously learn it's better to sit inside where it's safe and talk to people that can't physically attack you.

well yes i do have a social life and for as far back as i can remember i have always went out at the weekend.I guess i really depend on my social life because its The best thing In my life because without my friends i would be a sad lonely freak who was on the computer for 16+ hours and used words such as NoOb And Pwn!11 etc

But forums are fun for when i get in. =]

Yes, I have a boyfriend I live with, a job that requires 40 hours a week, altho if you notice I'm only really directly on the forums when I'm at work, because thats when I have time. Or late at night before bed, after my boyfriend has gone to bed, and rarely on weekends. I am always in contact with the other site admin or anyone who needs me to make decisions... or I'm on more when we're updating/changing things.

Dedicated? yes, but its also a job... and like all jobs you have to create a balence between work and family. <3

I have a decent outside life, but it mainly evolves around school and the computer. All my friends live out of my community, & I don't feel like asking my dad to drive me...so yeah. The rest is spent around my room.

Lately I've been on the forums alot as I'm using up my holidays at work (and I'm keeping myself occupied) I hardly live here though. I have friends to see, a boyfriend to entertain, a website and a forum to maintain and work on (or neglect as I've been succesfully doing for the last 4 months) cosplay projects, a house to keep clean and tidy... and more.

I don't bother going out anywhere near as much as I used to, but I'll still go out every week or two. Mostly just to the pub or to see a film- I can't be bothered going clubbing much these days. It's easy for me to socialise if I want to though, since I live with my friends and we're only five minutes walk from the city centre.

Tonight, I think it's to the pub for heavy metal karaoke if I can be bothered :laugh:

Unfortunately I do have a life outside of the forums. I work, have friends, go out with my family, etc, just like everyone else. o_o

Only, I do get in my "me" time, where I don't care to go out or hang. I just want to play video games, or watch movies. But yeah, I should say I have a life. Now a very intriguing one, now I may not be able to hold up to that one!

yeah i feel im just too busy most of the time i have school(there right now), work, airline acadamy training stuff, play practice, drama pratice, about three or so essays of doom to wright that were due last week, my story i would like to finnish wrighting, two major projets, about fifty freakin curent events gahhh, helping my parents build the house so that they dont jump down my throat about being a useless human (not their exact words), spend a bit of time with friends so that im not being anti social, and talk to my remy(boyfriend who i miss dearly because i havent seen him in to weeks because he goes to coledge) and then sleep is somewere in all that mess of gobldy guck... truly its grand

yeah, I've got a life. From 0530 to 1700 I'm working and if I'm not working then I'm hanging out with buddies or even on here. On weekends I go out with friends, party, drink, smoke, girls... all that good stuff. That's pretty muchly how it always is, sure I've got a life, but it gets boring

Im usually only on here during weekdays at work, school or home (since I have access to it), and I come on in the mornings during the weekends. Other than that, Im off somewhere else. I know Im on at least once a day, but its only to go through any new threads in my forum and make sure theyre spam free. =3

not really, i dont ever go out my idea of a 'fun' weekend is sitting alone and watching new episodes of anime on adult swim, i wouldn't mind getting a chance to go out with some friends and have fun every once in a while

I'm a freshman in highschool and plan to have a career in math and science and someday create perhaps my own anime. Several years ago I estimated over 70 characters that I've created; it's likely over 100 now. I also plan to travel to European and Asian countries. Does it sound to you like I have a life?
