Death to Life
In this plane of death and despair

One would wonder if anyone would care

If one would even dare

To search through my soul with me

To hear my one and only plea

Take me away oh darkness

Fill me with emptiness

Take me into a world of sweet bliss

And I shall seal it with one final kiss

But unless the world of light may come

And light will appear to have surly won

Release me oh darkness

Let me feel the warmth of day once more

Freed from a land of blood and gore

Where there is peace and no more war

May my wings let me sore

Allow me to go to my love

May the winds carry me to her

My sweet love the only one that will truly comfort me

But if only…..if only I could find my love

But when I find her

On that day I will be truly happy

But until that day I will search and won’t stop till I find my love

For I cherish her more than anyone would a sweet turtle dove
