Aishiteruze Baby?

Has any one Heard of a show called Aishiteruze Baby? I've seen the first episode and an AMV of it, but I can't find any info on it. If you have heard of it can you give me a little information on it? Thanks.

I've heard things about it. some things good, some bad, but I can't form an opinion without checking it out first.

I own the whole series, both anime and manga. I love this series, which is odd, because I generally do not like shoujo series. It was really good though. The manga was better than the anime, and I liked the relationship between that main character whose name I can never remember, and Kokoro.
