okay i think most ppl know by now that theres a new anmie called power puff girls z, so i think we'd want everyones veiws on it, becuase pesonally i havent any yet so heres a room to talk about power puff girls z only, and pease follow the rules as it is correctly.

power puff girls z is a new anime based on the american versoin of "power puff girls", the costumes where actually designed by the costume designer of saior moon, so this would be entresting to those who are a fan of sailor moon.

yes well it is quite odd to see such cartoon turned into a anime, but i guess you would say that the animater liked the power puff girls that it was a good idea to make such thing no harm in trying right? but anyway the other reason why the cartoon looks quite old is becuase animaters from the studio wanted to keep its time for the power puff girls, as in making it a more older time super hero comicil animation, i too expected it to be a bit better than it is but oh well, it might be good you know

The animation is horrible and they seemed to be trying to use Bubbles for sex appeal, a concept which scares me deeply. Not to mention that every one's hairstyles and faces looked like they has been ripped out of Speed Racer. I didn't think you could actually make PPG worse but, well my theories have officially been disproven. I hate to just dislike something like this because so many others just because of prejudgementalism, but looking at it from an actual logical perspective, horrible. The only thing I will admit to is that they are almost painfully adorable. I like The Powerpuff Doujinshi from Snafu but this this is just, I'm honestly speechless, in a very bad kinda way.

I didn't watch the original show because it was too childish for me, but I know main characters and I have always liked that blond haired little girl. She is cute. I think, the anime show is for younger people. It won't be as mature as Sailor Moon or Tokyou Mew Mew, only little childish. The original cartoon is for kids so anime will be for kids too. I don't understand one thing, why did they call it "Z"? They could choose another letter. "Powerpuff Girls Z" sounds a lot like "DBZ".

They should have kept it more like the original, the idea of them being created on accident was genius. well, they still are created on accident, but they were normal girls before the accident so, ya! I'm mad that they weren't even turned into the Powerpuff Girls by Chemical X, but by Chemical Z (hence the Z in the name) which was just Chemical X plus Daifuku! The girls should have kept their powers and stuff, now all they can do is fly! I do like their new outfits though, they're way more imaginitive than the original ones

I love them so much. When I was a tiny child I'd race around and act like I was Blossom. She's the best. Everyone use to say that Bubbles was but she's just a squeky baby. Buttercup is okay but she has this mad face all the time. Princess is a wannabe brat. Anyway~ in conclusion, as most of you have said, they're cute and adorable.

When i was little i went through the power puff girl phase and my friends and me used to pretend we were them. very sad indeed but i was like eight. i think this looks a tad babyish, not wanting to sound fickle but i'm not keen on the idea, but then agan i am not an eight year old girl anymore.

You know, actually its not that bad of a series (at least the manga version isn't anyways). I've been reading the manga in the Japanese shoujo magazine Ribon, and its actually pretty good. I've never seen the anime, so I can't comment on what I think about that, but it does look a bit odd... Anyways, if anyone would care to see some scans from the manga series from my magazines, PM me and let me know, and I'd be more than happy to scan a page or two and send it to you : )

So, I've been watching the first few episodes and I think I actually kind of like the adaptation of the original PowerPuffGirls. It's cute and silly and, even though there's a whole new back story behind the puffs, it's not bad. The cutey anime isn't high up on my priorities, but I didn't find that a had a huge problem with it.

The fights weren't spectacular, but I'm keeping my hopes up for future episodes. The new character designs are really cute as well as their new outfits, but I wasn't impressed by the weaponry either. Buttercup's mallot is kind of fitting.. a little, but I could definately see her with a mace or something of the sort.

The animation is alright because the style kind of fits with the types of characters they are. The story, as I said before, has changed, but it kind of had to. Even though the characters are the same, the old story would have been so boring all over again.. not that there was a continuing story through the episodes. It's something I think I'm looking forward to.

I haven't gotten far enough in to make anymore speculations or judgments on the anime, but I think it's cute and absolutely absurd. I've enjoyed it thus far.
