I like the Evil, but many games that include that distinction clearly are pointed to the "Good" side. And there is far more than a half dozen that include a tangible distinction between the two.

Evil's fun, but I hate the way that Black and White, Fable, and Star Wars KotOR make your guy look stupid when you go evil. It takes all of the fun out of it.

That depends if the game has the capacity for you to choose wether you want to be good or evil. But if I had a choice I would do a little bit of both. Evil to kill off all humans...and good to stop the evil...(why does that sound weird?)

I usually run through a game as good, and then through as evil. One of the things that bugs me though is that most evil choices in a game are usually just outright psychotic. Along the lines of "Oh I feel like killing you". The most fun evil is the manipulative bastard, why not get that guy to run through the laser tripwire rigged to the bombs to set them off rather than dodging them by yourself? See, evil with a reason.

I love the games that do have more than good choice, evil choice and neutural choice (Like some points in KOTOR:2).

Evil is the side for me! I like it because if you make a mistake, like: you didn't mean to kill someone but you did, you're safe from all the stress the good side would bring on you. The only game I really played that had that distinction was Everquest/EQ2, and I was always good, which was a pain in the arse on PvP servers.

Well, in a game that has you choosing between Good and Evil, I play as good, first. Then I beat the game, again, on the evil side, the get the whole experience. So yeah, I go with Good before Evil.

Being evil, in video games, does have its perks, though (like hot women, cooler weapons, cool clothing, more fun, hot women, and more hot women...)

evil has its advantages, but the good side has the best weapons. sure, the evil side has cooler-looking equipment, and the good side usually looks stupid, it all depends on if your going at it for fun, or to actually DO something, if your playing for fun, then i suggest the evil side, if your playing to beat the game, then i suggest the good side...

Out of the sides of good and evil I think evil becuse you get to have way more fun destoring things instead of saveing them and you also get some really cool outfits and weapons and for the good side you get all the custome made clothes that some time you wish whernt there to start with but for the record evil all the way

Evil can be really powerful for sure. My favorite kinds of characters are honorable bad guys, such as Cell from Dragonball Z, or Rubicant from Final Fantasy 4(was also 2 for super nintendo), and good guys with a past they're not proud of, such as Cecil from Final Fantasy 4, or Cloud from Final Fantasy 7. In the end, whoever is the most interesting, and often unusual wins. :P

There really ought to be a scenario where you're a dark knight in an "evil" kingdom, yet you're doing what's righteous for your country. I've had enough cliche'd crap about protecting and honor and all that horsecrap. I think it's time that a group of "evil" protagonists win for a change, and triumph over the "good" enemies.

Evil is an adjective used to describe humans. Evil is hate, greed, jealousy, disrespect, and ignorance all combined together in four letters. People who are considered to be evil humans are considered this, most likely because they have committed a dishonorable act such as murder, tripping a geek, or starting an apocalyptic war. Hitler was and still is considered to be an evil human because he was a dictator that got carried away with killing the Jews. Humans themselves are all evil because all they do is consume, kill, and destroy with grubby hands until eventually; everything has turned to shattered memories and rubble. However there are two sides to every story and the opposing force to evil is the good force.

Good is also an adjective to describe humans. However unlike evil good is no more than what some humans claim to be. Humans usually claim to be good just because they go to church or do community service. The human that claim to be good tend to think they are better than murderers and thieves that they consider to be evil. However these good humans are just humans that hide behind the truth that all humans are evil by nature. The entire theory o good human is just a assumption. Good and evil have always fought but in the end who will win?

The battle between good and evil is a long battle that will always end in evils favor. Evil will always prevail for reasons such as power and persuasion. Another major reason for evil succeeding is the fact that all humans are evil weather they think they are or not. Good may prevail over evil in movies but that will never happen in real life. Even when good wins in the movies good usually win on a fluke. The final and most important reason evil always win as long as humans exist evil will always exist.
