i remembered the fish girl,su.i think that her name was muteo but im not sure.
even so she is tied with misha as my favorite girl character

You mean Blue Submarine No.6 (aka Ao no 6-gou) o_O??

If it's that ... it's not a movie ... it's a 4 episodes OVA.
And I've seen it and it's quite good. I kinda liked it.
