MSN Messenger problems: help please!!!

Hey, can a computer geek help me out? I have MSN Messenger, I think it's version 7.5. Well, I deleted a contact, and blocked them as well. And now I want to readd that person. But it won't let me! "Blah Blah Blah person could not be added to your contact list because it's owner has not signed up for a Microsoft Passport account." What does that mean? Can anyone help me?

It probably means you haven't spelled his or hers email right.

The person you blocked should be in your block list in the allow/block list area of MSN Messenger options. Go to that list, and unblock them. That will allow them to start talking to you again. As for adding them, I'm not sure why it should be doing that.
