The members. Such diversified people gather for one common interest only to find others. Not a lot of hostility. The members who are nice and do not spam usually end up staying, and the annoying spammers and flammers eventually leave....An overall nice atmoshpere...

From your list, the General Talk, because that is where the most member interaction occurs...

To be honest, i like this Misc section the best as you guys can see theres only one or two threads ive suscribed/posted in other forums.

The reason is because this section has more to talk about, and im more a humanity-type of person, i just love sticking in this section more often, but ill go in other sections as well of course^^;

I must say that the general talk is my favorite. I like Video Games so the video game threads are always pretty informative and accurate. And the General area is always fun to be around, you can have some great moments here, lol.
