OK I've recently learned I like anime pics and decided it would be nice to be able to draw some, I'm ok with pencil & paper and also OK with photoshop (not absolutely brilliant with either.) Anyone have or know a website with good tutorials or tips? either hand drawn or digital or even both. Thanks :)

all i did was look at a lot of pictures and practice, practice, practice! once you get the eyes the face should be easy.
i have pictures from when i first started, and they really suck, but i swear i could tell i was getting better just after a few times of drawing the same stuff. now i'm really good.

I don't know any websites but I sure can give you some advice. You should learn how to draw hair, eyes, and bodies first. I hope that can help you a little bit

Try here (http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/farp/face_n_head_1/FandH.html). It has lots of stuff, not only about drawing anime, but about drawing in general.

weeellll...the only way to get good at anything is by practice. learn by example. every starts out by reference pictures, it helps you get things right, and then you can develop your own style.

This site has stuff on how to draw people, creatures and it also shows you different colouring styles and some stuff about other media programs.
The site also has pictures which you can pratice coloring on. Just go to the link "Colouring Bin".

http://neondragonart.com/dp/tutorials/

And if you go the links section of this site there's a bunch of other sites you can check out too.

Another site:
http://www.portrait-artist.org/
Has a section on human anatomy.
