I liked it, but its definitely not for everyone.

The name "Gunslinger Girl" is really misleading... its not a typical girls n' guns type of show. (if you're looking for the guns n' girls genre, watch Dirty Pair) Have you ever seen Elfen Lied? You know the parts that don't have action or comedy? That's the pace that it usually keeps, except it does the drama and character developement much better. There IS action in Gunslinger Girl, but the action scenes are usually pretty short. (they're not bad though)

Basically, if you like dramas, watch. You'll probably love it. If you don't like dramas, don't watch, because it'll probably be too slow for you.

Reading the Manga and watching the series right now and I love it.
I enjoy the manga of it more, but how many times have people said manga is better then the anime?xD

It has a hard to understand story. But I think I like it! The girls is so cool. But I feel sorry about them. They're all have bad pasts and now they're cyborgs.....
