Alright you see the tittle frst thing you need to know before you post it
1.Must have a clan cant be an uchiha unless its the son/daughter of sasuke
2.Must have jutsu's and a special atk MUST BE MORE THAN 5
3.You can have a picture of the charecter if you want also he or she must have name and you also have to say if hes good or evil
4.Must say if hes a jounin genin or missing nin
5.Most important must have name that is all

jutsus:ninjutsu taijutsu and gengutsu
Attacks:1.Oni eyes Replica to the sharingan but blue and mage oni
2.Blue Flame of hell
3.Wrath of the fire god
4.Tsukyomi (Every akatsuki member that has specail blood has it)
5.Hon Maru Shin koutsu (78 atks on the persons weak points

Biography: Killed his clan to achive greatness and spared 2 ppl plans to surpass Uchiha Itachi also planing to betray atkatsuki or take over the organazation He become an anbu captin at 12 killed his clan at 13 and killed his friend to unlock his mage eye spared his little sister and his other friend

This has no name, no plot, no nothing. Right away I can tell this hasnt been approved, you need to have it approved by either Ayumi or LadypSerenity, and to do that...you need alot more background info than this. Not just on your character but on the whole story. Sorry but its back to the drawing board for you.

i dont know how to make my own naruto character but ill give it a shot.....

lol im so weak. well its a nice topic tho. i dont know how to make my own character and stuff but i do know that im weak. T.T
