In fact the real title was changed because the real words were too vulgar for the usa so they changed the title to Fooly Cooly wich they now make it mean that ur full of cool ^^

The real title is furi curi wich is a vulgar term that means uhh... well all i can say is that it has something to do with rape.

No no, the original Japanese title is Furi Kuri ( フリクリ ) And as is commonly known, there is no "L" in Japanese; the r generally takes its place. The Japanese title has not really been changed.
