What Do You Think is The Best Game Music?

What I mean specifically, is, "What music sounds the best from a game?"
I suppose that's kind of vague still so just let us all know here on this thread which music you enjoy listening to from which game.

In my opinion, I think the most enjoyable music tracks from a game would have to be from the game "Bust-A-Groove 2". Most notably the track of Shorty's Stage. Music from the first Bust-A-Groove was also fun to listen to. Though, my opinion might change. I like a lot of music, but I guess this is what came to mind, to me.

Ou, Zelda music. How could I forget about that? There were some memorable music tracks from that game. Like "The Legendary Hero" theme from the Windwaker Zelda game. Mm. Yeah, Zelda music had it's share of nice music.

I really like the Guilty Gear music so much I bought 2 of the soundtracks lol. I also really like the music in the Final Fantasy series...especially in VII and X.

I thought Bust a Groove part one had far more memorable tracks than 2. The only one I really enjoyed in part 2 was the little boy's stage. I think the chorus part went "Get into the groove .... everybody move". But I might be confusing it with another.

As for the soundtrack I enjoy most, I humbly tip my hat to Suikoden II.

I really liked Bust-A-Groove's music as well. My favorite would probably be Final Fantasy VIII because of songs like Eyes on Me and Laguna's Dream Battle Theme. :awe:

Mm. Yeah. The little boy's theme was cool. It was catchy enough to listen to and all, but yeah, Shorty's theme rocks. And for the record, the little boy's name is "Tsutomu", but hey, who would remember anything like that?

The best game music has to be the FFX2 music. The song called "1000 Words". But the Japanese one is better, that's sung by Koda Kumi.

Most definitley - Legend of Zelda's tracks are first imo. I also loved Baten Kaitos's music - House of Cards was awesome ^^

A majority of the music from the FF series....ESPECIALLY VII (whoever didn't see that one coming...smack yourself now...lol)

A couple favorites of mine from seven are Yuffies first encounter theme, Sephs theme (both of them of COURSE), Vincents theme on the piano (awesome) The Turks theme, The Highwind Theme and finally the Costa Del Sol theme...very nice

I agree with the Soul Calibur music but then again it does get kind of old

and yes....FF x-2 had TWO songs I liked on it...they were 1,000 words and the theme that played when Yuna had to kill the Aeons once more

I like music from any Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda game. Nobuo Uematsu and Koji Kondo are both excellent composers. I get much inspiration from them. There are other various games that have great music, but those two stick out the most in my mind.
