Most annoying magical girl would be SailorMoon (Usagi). She's so clutzy and lazy. I can't understand how she's the leader of the whole group. Personally, I think the other girls deserve that position more than she does.Originally, sailor venus was the leader.

In 'sailormoon' .. well, she's the leader cause she's the princess. And it's only her earth form that is 'clutzy', her princess and queen forms are much more mature.

I changed my mind. Usagi isn't annoying, but Rei is. I don't like girls like her. Still angry, still serious and sometimes conceited. Usagi is sweet and warm. She is always helpful. Rei isn't. She should know that she isn't the prettiest and smartest girl on the world. She is little jealous of Usagi - right (Well, Usagi is in love with her first boyfriend), but sometimes Rei is just mean.
I know, Rei has a lot of fans and they may feel angry, but its my opinion and I can say it.

Yes, Rini did say she was Darien's 'girlfriend' but she wasn't serious, just being the average young girl being childish. Plus when she first said this, she didn't know Darien was her father and she was talking about the younger and not-yet-her-dad Darien. (Sudden relapse to Back to the Future :p )
