I saw Harlock Saga when I was in Reno a few years ago and ever since whenever I see that woman's face my mental capacity plummets.

I find Inu Yasha irritating only because it makes up half the content of most anime forums, and the rest is spam that relates to nothing in particular.

I think that .hack//Legend of the Twilight is the most annoying one. Shugo and Reina are always yelling each other's names and it gets so annoying. The book is okay because they don't have to do it and when they do, you can't hear them.

Well, there are lots of annoying anime out there but I had watched most of them. The most annoying one was Duel Masters due to its terrible plot. Also I get annoyed with anme's that has seemingly predictable plot. Mostly, I get annoyed with the storyline when the character is up to almost obvioulsy victorious against his enemy or being defeated then in a sudden.... It's part of the twist!(they call) but I don't like it it & for me it's not surprising... cuz it makes the story predictable.
