Does anyone know anything about the PS3 coming out in 2006?....like wats its features and why its different from PS2 and also if the final fantsy game will be on ps2 also instead of only on ps3 b/c i was watching cinematech and they were previewing demo's for ps3.does that mean the new ff is only on that console?..just please tell me all the info you have on the new system b/c i might get it....thankies!

Which is a huge bummer. But at least we were able to see the PS3 in action, and what Square-Enix has planed (graphic wise....no plans on a FFVII remake)

I actually would have liked it more if they took out one of the other FFVII games and replaces it with the FFVII remake... Take out like... Crisis Core or something... we don't know anything about it so... we won't miss it.... XD

Oh and fyi...

The Tech Demo they made for FFVII was actually rushed... so the graphics for the PS2 would be even better than that... And another one... That scene right there isn't an FMV... thats how the graphics COULD look like during game play... Thats if the company has enough money to do all that. You know the designers, artists and such gotta be paid as well... XD

Well, I know this is not the thread for this...but...Heres the info on upcoming FFVII games:

FFVII Before Crisis: A mobile phone game (blah) already out in Japan
FFVII Crisis Core: As Mista already mentioned; its coming out for the PSP
FFVII Advent Childre: Not a game and everyone knows about this
FFVII Dirge of Cerebus: Following the story of Vincent; I do no know if it is coming out for PS2 or PS3

Yeah... they're coming out with alot of FF games actually... If i'm not mistaken DoC and FFXII are coming out this winter... along with KH2...

And AC is coming out Sep14 of this year...

But a remake isn't going to happen... well, at least they haven't said anything about one...

it is fo ps2 but ffvii dirge aint gonna be out till next year and i don't think its x-mas..
the ff12 is being helb back also cuz they didn't like how it was going.......
