Hmm that's a good question...I suppose that I have to favor Chii a little more, considering that she's so innocent and just plain adorable. I like Usagi quite a bit, too, though she kind of annoys me when she goes into crybaby mode. Though she really doesn't do that in the later seasons, I suppose.

Yeah that's true. Here's another point: In the beginning, Usagi was badly drawn. Chi has been cute and well-drawn since Chobits started. So Chi was perfect from the start, while Usagi had to deal with rough begginings. Just saying.

"Chi" isn't the ONLY thing she can say!!! Sure, at first, she can only say "Chi", but after a few episodes, she learns a lot. She even learns to fall in love! Come on, you don't really think she's as stupid as that, do you? . . . Okay. Usagi fans would say yeah to that in a heartbeat, but still. Mamoru from Sailor Moon didn't like Usagi from the start, but Hideki took care of Chi from the beginning to the end! And that final episode was the most touching thing I ever saw! Chi told Hideki she loved him and he said he loved her, too! Hideki didn't care she was a Persacom and he still loved her when he knew that she was apart of the Chobits series (robot series, I mean). That's true love right there: Loving someone even while knowing they might destroy the world!

Oh, and here's a point, you can write fanfictions about Chobits than Sailor Moon because Chobits (the anime) ends with Hideki and Chii confessing to each other. No offense everyone, but how about you all go into a detailed description of why you like either of them? With Chii, you know that you wil go "Awwwww!!" and smile and laugh at whatever she will do. With Usagi, well, let's just say it's hard to laugh at a girl that tries to be cute, when in reality she's creepy to the core. Also with Chii, she can dress in only a shirt (like in AniMariSama's siggy) and still give you this feeling that she knows more than how she appears. This isn't really so with Usagi. Sorry to nag and such.

Chii isn't mad (well, she is angry when someone touches her "there"^^'), is always calm and friendly to everyone. She doesn't cry like a baby, but.... probably her cuteness is annoying for some people too.

She has fans, only you know, people see Chii as cuter and sweeter. Usagi is natural and she is a human - she isn't bad, but for many people she isn't as sweet as Chii. The decision was tough, but Usagi, in my opinion. ;] So what if she's whiny and ditzy? She has a pure heart and a far more bigger authority than Chii. She wants to save the world from evil and somewhat. While Chii gets in lots of trouble and has to be flawlessly rescued by Hideki etc and etc.
I assume most of you like Chii for her cuteness only. :/

She DOES grow out of her major ditsy/clumsy/whinyness throughout the series, but her main special qualities are always there. She can be very deep and passionate about things she cares for and loves. She cares about people, and looks for and trusts the good in anyone and everyone- even her enemies from the anime. She has very very strong will, and will stop at absolutely nothing to keep the world, or even one single person, safe. Shes a very solid girl. Just keep your hands off of Mamoru if you dont want to see her mad.
