im not really an "artist" but sometimes i get this when making gfx ... i just run out of creativity. when i get it real bad, i just take a nice long break ... after a week or 2 of not thinking about it, new ideas will begin to flow again.

oh look thats easy, pick your favorite anime and print pictures off of the internet and draw those. or if you dont want to do those(and have a few extra bucks) go out into your neighborhood and take pictures of random things, like alleys or some freaky looking building with alot of plants. get those developed and draw them, then add some of your anime characters somewhere, maybe even get a story started. it always works for me, hope it works for you

well. im not such a hot anime and manga artist yet... and when i try to do fan art it looks kinda funny. but i think thats cause i like the person so much i know it's totaly off from what the original artists (or who ever drawns them) draw.

This sometimes works for me: I'll get an idea when I'm out and about, but then I'll forget it when I get back to a pencil and paper. Try carrying a small notebook around with you with something to write with, then when you think of something, write it done. Hope this helps.

hmm...i think music would do wonders on someone who has an artist block. Happens to me all the time. But when i do have it, music is the best way to get rid of it. But you gotta find the rite music to fit your drawing needs. And also taking a little quick break will relax you enough to draw.

yea i do listen to music while i draw and on alot of other occasions, i also take a quick break too....i just dont know what to draw.

hmm...i would draw what i am feeling at the moment. But that usually change, when i listen to music. so try drawing something that has the same mood that you have. Like if you're sad, then draw something sad. =P

I take a long break, or just turn on some music. If I'm already sick of music, I take a nap :).

Well from my understanding...
if you're a girl you slip into a leotard and start doing some aeorobics
and as for the guys try puching yourself or watching "something". :D

umm sometimes whe ni'm stuck on poses i'll ask someone to do different poses or i look at magazines, also for backgrounds you can look at postcards or calendars...i dunno haha it works for me sometimes...and if that doesn't work i just take a break for a while...

If you're stuck and need inspirations, my advice would be to go online and see some other people's artworks. Or ask your friends for some help. I did it all the time. Sometimes, I stumble upon pretty good ideas by doing that.

yep yep u should just look at random pictures and eventually ull be inspired, or you should try coming up with ur own plot and then drawing the characters for it ^.^

good luck!;)
