Wow, that little time... My drawings have more detial, but that is because I spend anywhare from 45 min. to 3 hours! Try spending an houre or two trying to draw someone you know, you might be suprised with the results!

I agree with Music Man up there, the more time you spend on a picture, the more detailed and finished it will look. Those are a good start. I'm sure if you keep drawing, you'll get better and better. ^___^

O_o if you're going to do something like this...lets at least give someone pointers on what to improve..and how to do so instead of 'people look weird' 'i'm retarded and can't point out she could do with a life drawing class to perhaps better learn some proportions' <_<;..thank you...the end.

cute outfit! It reminds me of ayane of the game dead or alive ^^ Anyways your drawings are nice:') I'm sure If you practise you'll get better soon! Cause your drawings reminds me of my own when I started,, (Okay I think I'm still a rookie ahhwell) But do you want a tip how to improve very fast?, >> ''copie'' other pictures,, just choose some anime/manga picture you like and draw them yourself, It really works!!

.:Tsukimi Ayana:.
06-13-2005, 12:03 PM
I do that sometimes,and it kinda had it's effects on it.I'm glad you admire my work,I wish to continue to draw so that my drawings can atleast look like anime people you see on TV.:p

Pretty cool... I see improvement in each of the pics.. ^^

I have some training tips for you as well...

Find an artist you think your art is heading toward, or you want your art to look like int he future... Find a pic you like and trace it a few times...

Dont call the art as your own or anything... ^^;; This is just to get the proportions and the anatomy correct... ^^ Once you get those, your art will start improving drastically... ^^ Then draw something in your head keeping the stuff you've learned in your head and... well... see for yourself... =)

I actually never tried this myself... But I think its a really good technique. ^^;;

Hey Ayame...out of curiosity how old are you? I'm just wondering. You're getting better. They're pretty good...I suggest you draw on "un-lined" paper. Like computer paper or something...it looks a little better when it's NOT on lined paper. I think your best drawing is the one of Kurama from Yu Yu Hakasho. Very nice. Keep up the good work...and remember...Practice, Practice, And....PRACTICE!!!

I have to agree here, when i draw, i useually spend alot of time on them, these, are pretty crappy. I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but i have to rate these 1/10.

Well, but it's ok if you are just starting. I used to draw people out of boxes and circles *lol*. You should stop drawing on lined paper and draw on plain white paper. Common printing paper is alright. Maybe you could draw guiding lines for the face the sketch lightly the body first. Your pictures have really small bodies compared to the head, so you should enlarge them, and don't write anything on the pictures. If you want to write a simple phrase or word, make it neat and position it in a good place. Also, you should spend more time to choose and edit the poses. Don't worry, your pictures will get real good in no time ^^--but don't over-exert yourself or you'll get bored of drawing all together.

You, should try adding color to them... Although it is very time consumeing, It can pay off. Also, if you do, you should ink them with a fine black pen... And again, try putting in more detail, rember, in drawing, the little things count the most! That said, they are good and I have seen Improvement......
