24 hours in a day just isn't enough

Non-work days should be longer; more time to sleep, or do whatever. School should be longer, but only about three days a week (I wish). I just put in a application for a job at BooksaMillion, so even though it is just a part time job, less work hours would be good.

I agree. The weekdays are so hectic for me. School is something you have to do everyday… and you have to get good grades everyday, but I’m really not that consistent with some thing so that’s why my grades very from time to time (it’s the same with work I’m guessing).The eight and a half hours of school just drain me. It would be really nice if there were more hours in the day… even just a few. Haha…. I don’t think that’s ever going to happen though.

i think if skewl was shortened there would be more hours in the day. like have the skewl only teacher the important things.like english,math,history,science,and gym. 5 classes make them a bit longer than the ones we have now. go to skewl from 8 a.m. to noon or 1. u'd get more hours in the day that way.

The school has to block websites, otherwise someone could start viewing porn.i walked in the computer lab and some kids were looking at porn through google since google is never blocked. so there really is no point in blocking websites since there assesable through google. this forum is blocked at my school and by going to google and then going through galleries i can enter the forum. there's always a way around the blocks.

i'd say 30 hours for weekdays so you get more sleep in but then an odd shift in the earth gives you 76hrs a day for weekends. you wouldn't really need to work more their would have to be several shifts of different people throughout the day so normally people would get multiple shifts end up working from around 15-20 or probabaly a lot more a day still have tons of time to spend with friends and have a lot more money as well

Honestly after 6th or 7th grade i think you should be able to drop outta school becuase they just teach you the same stuff over and over and over again where i do they do or they should cut it down to 2 or 3 hours a day and just teach you the stuff you need then you would have time to do everything especially if you are one of the ppl like i was and had to practice 3 instruments go to church and horsback everyday xDDDDDDD thats alotta stuff

Making the day longer seems pretty pointless to me. If we had longer days, we'd also have longer hours of things which we're required to do (work, school, etc.). More time to ourselves, either for sleep or for leisure, would be nice, but it isn't going to happen.
