so if any 1 wants to help me out by telling me how to put pics in profile and stuff like that im open for help

as for the profile pic, you must mean Avatar. Go to your User CP and click on "edit avatar" and choose a picture ^_^ you cant upload a picture of your own yet until you have reached 130+ posts. so choose one from the selections. If you need anything else, just ask. ^__^

A sig is something that is always posted below your text. For example, your sig is that giant saying below the yellow line in your post.

Hi. Welcome to the forums. A signature is lie a picture or a saying or whatever else you want to signs your posts or in you replies to people when they private message. To add a picture to your profile you can click on User Cp then Edit profile pic and you click on image uploader and find the pic on your computer to upload then you copy the web addy and paste it and then you are done. If you want to send a private message to someone just clikc on there name and a list of options come up and chose send private message.
