I can't help you with the training, sorry about that. A lot of people like to act crazy here, so that's okay if you act crazy (as long you are following the rules).

P.S. Don't make an introduction in the News And Such section, post it in the Introduction area instead. Also, try to make your sentences clearer, I can't read them that well.
