Wow. I think it's only necessary that one or two people should tell the newly joined about rules and spam stuff. It's just plain cheesy how people all attack with "HI! WELCOME TO THE FORUMS! READ THE DAMN RULES!" over and over with EVERY member that poted. Don't you think.
