[Life’s headquarters]
Tessy walked back and forth inside the meeting room, her hands clasped together behind her back as she paced through the room. “Right!” She stopped pacing, and turned around 45º, facing a group of five of their very best elite. “I brought you together here because I received some..disturbing reports last night..” She placed the palms of her hands down on her desk and eyed the experts, one by one. “There have been some severe tremors spotted in Sudan, a African country just below Egypt. Half of this country is covered with the sands of the Sahara as some of you might know.. In the midst of this desert, at yesterday 8PM our time, 11PM local time, the earth split, close to one of the few oil reserves left. This crack is currently thirty feet wide, and..” She paused, sighing softly, in an annoyed way. “..the dept is unknown..but sulfur dioxide has been isolated from the damps escaping this crack. Sulfur dioxide is one of the main components of volcanic gasses..”

She let another pause settle after her words before she continued, a picture of the area popping up on the screen behind her as she switched on the projector laptop standing on her desk. The crack was about 13 miles removed from the oil reserve, yet the projection also showing how the crack was slowly growing. “The crack is still closing in on the drilling site. Employees already have been evacuated. At this rate it will reach the site in three days..” Her hands slowly closed into fists and she slammed them on her desk. “We don’t KNOW who did this, but if this reserve will be destroyed we’ll lose 38% of our oil reserves. If we’ll only spend it on the most needed things and cut down the oil supply to citizens completely we’ll still have 15% of our transport units be taken out of action. I don’t believe I need to tell you what this will do to our defensive units…”

She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, calming down a bit again. “Needless to say we’ll be send to stop this from happening. Earthquakes aren’t unusual, but they are in this area, and of this scale. From what we have found out the tremors that were felt in the area might very well be caused by the use of explosives. Witnesses even testified that they heard explosions near the crack. We believe that Seed is behind this.. Only those rotten fish brains would think about something like that! They want to safe the world, but they don’t mind destroying it while they are at it! What difference does it make when they~” She interrupted herself, swallowing away her anger and trying to regain her calm.

“Either way.. we should seek the ones responsible out and stop them before they will actually succeed. Our theory is that if the explosions will be stopped, the crack will stop moving and the oil reserves will be saved. Any further questions?”


[Seed’s Headquarters]
Talen sat back on and chair, balancing on two legs of it, his feet resting crossed on the wooden table in front of him. He had a small strand of grass clenched between his lips and was slowly chewing on it. “Hey.. Hey! Okay, everybody listening? I called a meeting today cause this morning Ruby here..” He threw a smile at the young red-head girl standing besides him, before continuing. “..brought me the news that she has gotten a phone call from her good friend Ashmin who lives down in Sudan, small country down in Africa..” Ruby pulled at his shirt and Talen bended down to listen to her. “..er..make that a small country, 1/4th the size of the US…” He added, slightly embarrassed.

“Anyway, some sort of big quakes have been felt by the locals and now a big crack in the ground has been formed. Big crack that has a sulfur smell hanging around it, like volcanoes and stuff. So, it’s pretty deep, and I wouldn’t want to be at the bottom of that thing personally.” He grinned a bit and continued. “So.. this wouldn’t be all that much of a problem if it weren’t for the huge oil reserve located pretty damn near that crack. And it’s still growing too. Now..there’s always explosions heard before the crack cracks further, so apparently something fishy is going on here.. I mean, those explosions don’t happen all by themselves, now do they? Now, we all know Life doesn’t take our planet very seriously, but I had never thought they’d be this stupid.. Apparently they want to bring the magma from the crack together with this oil-reserve and burn it all in one big shot reaction. This will generate, apart from the huge toxic clouds, an incredible amount of energy. No doubt that this is their goal. A lot of damn energy at ones, not thinking much further in the future then the upcoming couple of years. Just their cup of tea I’d say.”

He popped his feet from the table and stood up. “Well, we’ll have to stop this from happening off course. Not only would this procedure cause a LOT of pollution, but Life’s forces would gain an awesome amount of energy at ones, and will surely plan an attack on us. I say we’ll dispatch a couple of experts down to Sudan and prevent this disaster from happening. I hope they’ll take it seriously cause this one is a biggy. No less then 38% of the worlds remaining oil reserves would be burned in a couple of hours. According to the numbers and information I got that crack should reach the reserves in about three days. If anyone has some questions or something, then please ask them now.” He finished his little speech, smiling.

Scythe listened to Talen as he stood at the back of the group throwing his dagger in the air then catching it. He bagan to walk away from the meeting. This doesn't involve me, what's the point of sticking around? Scythe asked himself as he sheathed his dagger.

Haldir stood in a dark corner listening to talen before walking to his horse.He was pondering 'why would Life do this crazy stunt?'.Digging through his saddle bag he found a a horse brush.As he brushed the horse he couldn't stop thinking about life and the crack.

Seed

Kuu cocked his head from where he'd taken one of the few open chairs. Which was actually a slapped together lean-to stool which looked unsteady to others, the reason no one chanced to sit on it. He frowned faintly. Cat-green eyes narrowed before he raised a tan-hand in the air, waiting to be recognized and once he had, a few gazes of some still there turned in his direction, he didn't get up, staying settled, stretching out long legs to unbend them, taking a pause before speaking to be sure he knew what his question was,"Why would Life do something like this? Isn't that oil reserve theirs? If they destroy it, they also lose."

He raised a slim eyebrow, a tanned hand brushing blonde tipped brown hair back before meeting the gaze of the man two years his senior. He paused to think, still watching the man before waving a hand at the group near, minus the pair that had already vanished. Kuusai had seen them leave but brushed it off,"Who would be sent anyway? Whos best for this type of job? I would think our pair that already left, Scythe and Haldir would be the best, being the fighters...But we don't want to leave them on their own."

The 18 year old blacksmith fell silent, allowing Talen to answer his questions. He took the pause to flash a small grin at the girl Ruby, waving a single finger lightly in greeting to her before returning his gaze to Talen.

Life

Shinsei tipped the chair he'd slipped into, back on two legs, trying to act interesting, plucking at the strap of the goggles as he listened and when he raised his hand to speak, he seemed to upset his recarious balance on the chair and it toppled over backwards, sending the 18 year old tumbling head first over the back where he hit the floor in a pile and tried to make as though it were nothing, as though he ment to do it, hopping to his feet and shaking it off, skin gaining a red tinge. He shakily fixed the goggles back ontop of his head, holding his hand up again. Once he was called on he lowered his hand, toying with the strap of material across the palm of his left hand with his right before dropping his hands and folding them behind his back, trying to look professional and seemed to remember he'd been noticed to ask a question and quickly worded it in his mind before asking in the simplest way possible,"What now? Who goes? We need the oil."

Thats all he planned to ask, leaning slightly to pick up the fallen chair and right it, settling back down gingerly, rubbing the back of his head before lowering his gaze, pulling a booted foot to rest on the edge of the chair, knee bent.

Haldir's horse perked an ear hearing his masters name.Haldir stopped brushing and sighed knowing he would be sent to investigate.He jumped on his horse and rode out of the base to get some air.

[Dark-Venus-Girl]

Lerena leans against a wall. She had pulled her long black hair up into a long ponytail. The ponytail made her look slightly taller and it ended at the chest. She decided to give herself a different look from what people are used to seeing. Her skin is a light peach and she has gray eyes. She was wearing a sort of whitish-gray sleeveless shirt and at the shirt folds it was light green. She was wearing a light purple cloth around each arm and a white bandage holds it in place tight enough for it to stay there. She wears a yellow sash and a long blue skirt. She has blue string tied around her sash, and a black string tied loosely around her waist. She wears black arm guards and wears gray braceletts around her left wrist. She has an emerald necklace around her neck allowing her the telekinesis ability she has. She put on some black sandals and she has a bracelett with a crescent moon charm around her right ankle. On her right shoulder she has a blue tied bow tattoo. She holds a staff, the top of it is gold and the rest is blue. A black string is tied around her staff. She looks out at the background around her. She holds her staff in a tight grip with her right hand the left one hanging done by her side. "So, it's the same dark breeze today isn't it?" she asks herself with a sigh.

He rode to the top of a hill and looked into the distance.'why is life making that crack.'he thought watching the sunrise.Dark sky(the horse)was getting restless and started pounding the ground with his hooves."Dark sky are you getting bored"he said to the horse.Shaking his head in a yes,Dark sky started walking down the hill.

Lerena sighed, and grabbing her staff she walked over to the kitchen. She pours herself some herbal tea. She stands in the kitchen drinking it slowly than she puts the cup in the sink. She walks outside."I wonder who'll be outside tonight...or if it nighttime...it's really hard to tell" she whispers softly.

Haldir rode back to the base slowly for he wasn't in any hury.When he was 30 yards away he saw the figure of lerena.Dark sky perk an ear seeing her and started walking faster.

Talen nodded, taking out a small list that held the names off all experts and their expertise, having ticked off several names. “I indeed wanted to send Scythe and Haldir, but you as well, Kuu, if you’d agree to come along, off course. Fair enough, Scythe and Haldir do their job well, but arrows run out, and swords and bows break. Besides..you are capable of wielding a weapon well, and you know it, just like Avenger, who I’d also like to get on this mission. Also I was thinking about sending Lerena. She might be able to track those responsible down using her telekinesis. Oh..and myself, cause I just love to stand in your way and try to keep you all in touch with the latest gossip I’ll be receiving from my little brothers and sisters.”

Talen’s eyes grew deadly serious now. “This is BIG, and I mean BIG. We can’t afford to let that oil reserve be burned. I’d rather send a specialist too many then one too few to get this done..”

Talen took the bit of grass from his lips and threw it away. “I’m aware that some of the people involved aren’t at this meeting however. I’ve given Ruby some letters, which explain this mission, and will contain a small map of the area we’ll dispatch to. She will be on her way to deliver them to those involved after this meeting. I felt everybody had the right to know what we’re working on. Off course, if anyone decides not to go that’s totally up to them.”

He walked to the blackboard that stood behind him and sketched a rough map of the area on it as he continued talking. “As for your question on how we know it was Life.. We don’t. But we do know that someone is causing explosions down that crack, that it’s growing, and that Life has the technology to transfer all the heat this reaction will generate into pure energy. This reserve is theirs indeed, but instead of taking the oil bit by bit they will take it all with one big bang. I know it’s not much of a motive, but right now they are the only suspects I can think off. We have no information of any rebellious group having formed, not any clues that anyone could get their hands on such strong explosives other then ourselves, and Life.”

Talen now doodled some badly drawn helicopters and some horses near the crack. “We managed to get our hands on five helicopters.. They were lent from Life for a while. Please threat the pilots taken hostage with respect. They will drop you off about 40 miles from this crack-thing. You’ll need to bring horses along to cover the remaining distance. Also, be sure to take enough drinking water. We’re talking dessert here. The helicopters should arrive here around the time the sun sets. You have until then to file any complains, or to tell me you’re not in. Oh, and to get your stuff packed, off course. “Did that answer your question, Kuu?”

Life

Tessy frowned a bit as Shinsei toppled over, yet grinned broadly as he asked her that question, placing the fingertips of both her hands together. “Why…I’m so glad you asked Shinsei . YOU will got for one, being an..” She resented using the word extremely good after the stunt he had just pulled during her explanation. “..capable tracker, you shouldn’t have too much problems finding out where exactly in this crack these culprits are located. Huron, I’d also like to ask you to come along. We’re talking explosions here, and yeah, we might need one of your robots to neutralize or clean them up. I’d rather not risk any human lives on that task.. Kai? We could use your knowledge of weapons as well, should it come to a battle. Mario, well, you’ve got the best aim of everyone here, so I’d say the same goes for you, and Tanaya for that matter, as she’s the best in the field of material combats here. Oh, and Alexander? These bombs they are using, they might be using a computer program to handle the ignition. A hacker like yourself shouldn’t have much problems cracking those, would you?”

Tessy took a pause to take a deep breath, she had looked at the people as she called of their names, her face death-serious. “As for what we do now.. I have arranged four helicopters to arrive at 20:30, that’s 8:30 PM, to drop you and your equipment off in Sudan, near the oil reserve. This is where you’ll set up a small base. From there you will travel by jeep. You have about half a day to get ready before the helicopters will arrive just above this meeting hall. If you do not wish to go on this mission, or have objections of some sort, please report them to me. Any further questions?” She looked around the room again.

Mario walked around the Life base, meandering. So who's going to the oil site? I hope I get to go...I need the excitement. Mario thought as he headed toward his teammates agian. He propped his headphones onto his head and over his ears. He turned his mp3 player on. It could hold 15 million tracks, yet Mario liked to stick with his music...only about a list of 1000 songs. Mario likes to listen to rock, punk, and emo-punk music from the beginning of the millenium. He is much different from everybody else, seeing as he likes music over 100 years old. To Mario, though, this music brought him pleasure and happiness.

Mario walked up to the meeting room and sat in his chair again...not paying attention to much of anything...only his music. He was listening to the Bouncing Souls...a punk band from the 1990s-a little bit into the 2000s. Oh! I love this song! Mario exclaimed in his head as he heard "Kids and Heros" beginning - probably his favourite song from the Bouncing Souls.

Mario uncovered one of his ears to listen to his music and Tessy at the same time. Then he started to drum on the desk...and he was told to shut up. He laughed a little, quietly.

"Tessy...Ummmm, who's going on the oil excavation thing?" Mario questioned. Then he continued to listen to his music.

Life:

Tanaya, who was seated right next to Mario, reached out to smack him at the back of his head. "Turn of the noise and pay attention for a change." she said. "You're one of the guys picked if that's what you're wondering."

Tanaya was annoyed, it had to be a really big oil reserve, figures. Perhaps this was her chance to find out who made her this way. She raised her hand. "Tessy, one question: What's our mission equipment?"

Scythe walked over to the training dojo. He had already succeeded in destroying a large potion of the wall with his sword. No one would train with him, his sword techniques were too powerful, so the walls made for good duals. Scythe unsheathed the great blade. "What the hell does Life think they're doing? Wht would they try to destroy all that oil?" Maybe they found a new oil supply, so they're going to try and terminate the one that we use." Scythe smashed his blade into the wall, causing that area of the base to shake. He had been getting stronger. "These Life bastards had better watch out, 'cause when I get to them..." Scythe brought his blade back and smashed it into the wall again, the wall crumbled and half the blade cracked off and was sent flying out of the dojo, and down the hall.

OOC; One question. I know its strange. But could you guys possibly, like Tears and I, put above your posts, Life or Seed? It just makes it easier to remember which side your characters are on. Theres alot of us to remember and a few of us have two characters to remember.

BIC:

Seed

Kuu nodded easily when he was asked to join them,"I figured as much. Weapons break easily and sometimes at a bad time. So ofcourse you'd need a blacksmith on your side when we're on the battle field. It just means, all here can't ruin their weapons before I come back."

He rose, stretching easily before cocing his head,"It'll be good to have you with us hanshou(rebel leader) Talen."

He paused and his lips pursed into a frown,"But what type of repair tools should I bring? I can't pack to heavily....maybe atleast my hammer and clamps....What do you think Talen?"

Kuu was a boy who'd lost his memory, either from a head injury or something else. But since he'd lost his memory as a child, had come upon the Seed organization and wanted to join. But being he couldn't remember his name, only knew he wanted to help, he was given a name, Kuusei, a name to fit their organization. And since then he grew to repair weapons and fight just as well with them.

Life

Shinsei seemed nothing like the tracker he was well known for being. When he wasn't on the field, he seemed to end up fumbling and tripping at times, falling right in the middle of something. He flushed a faint shade of pink.

So finally he turned away and spoke up again,"So we send one of Hurons bots in first? Or me? I'll go on ahead once we set down and look."

He raised a hand, tapping the goggles,"I'll record what I can when we do. But no one comes with alright Tess? Last time I was sent to track, SOMEONE followed and made a racket that I was found out. So I go alone when I'm looking."

He seemed calmer and more incontrol of his movements, settled easily, leaning forward on his bent knee, a few strands of reddish-black hair slipping from under the goggles to fall over his forhead before the goggles slipped down, nearly over his icy blue eyes before he was sharply pushing them up.

His goggles were specially made and fixed for help to Shinsei. But they could only do so much while he was moving. The most he could do with them was gather some heat signals, directions and could only record some things. But the recording was never very clear, so he hardly ever used it. They usually depended on his memory.
He glanced sideways when Tanaya smacked the newly returned Mario and chuckled quietly before turning his gaze back to Tessy,"Do we really have to bring him?" He jerked his thumb over his sholder at the boy with the mp3 player,"After all, I don't think we'll need much fighting force."

Lerena didn't see anyone and she started to twirl her staff around.She stopped a few minutes later and walked into an arcade. She slipped a money into the machine. Noticing it doesn't work she kicks it. "WORK YOU STUPID THING!"

OOC: I did that at first but decided not to so I went back to edit the post. Sure thing, it'll be easy

avenger looked surprised he wasnt sent. for this. but he follows tallens orders. avenger went to a small area with a stone leaned against i it and went to sleep

life.

alex sat at his desk and started looking at the sealing. tess ill go im a little scared but i think ill crack some codes in no time

Haldir wondered around the base then went to the dojo with his bow and quiver only.he grabbed 4 targets and set them up at different ranges.They where at 5,20,60, and 100 yards.He grabbed an arrow and aims at the 100 yard target.

"Ow," Mario cried out after being smacked i the head by Tanaya, "What the hell was that?" Mario began to smile and laugh as he discovered how much that one small smack in the head hurt. "Alright Tanaya, I'll turn down the music." Mario agreed as he lowered the volume on his mp3 player.

Mario sat back, tilting his chair back slightly, and he began to notice a certain beauty in Tanaya. "Are you going on the expedition too Tanaya?" Mario asked with a slight smile on his face.

"Haldir." Scythe said as he saw his fellow seed member enter the dojo. "Did you listen to what Talen had to say at the meeting?" He asked as he walked over to the weapon storage to grabe another of his swords. "I left too early, I didn't bother to listen to what that fool had to say." Scythe said as he sheathed his new blade and walked up beside Haldir.

[Searchman]

Life

Huron was lessening to the briefing from his room by a COM link. “Ok Tessy I’ll be in it. It will give me a chance to test out something’s” Huron said over the COM link.
Huron then turned off the link and continued his work on his battle bike.

Life:

Tanaya smiled, it looked like the smack hurt. Good. But soon after he started laughing, and asked her if she was on this mission too.

She sighed "Yes Mario, I am going on this mission too. If you would stop listening to that thing and start listening to Tessy you would know that." Onestly, does this guy have any sense of duty at all?

Her sensitive cat-ears twitched as she could still hear the music loud and clear. Noise had always been her weakness because of her sensitive ears. She shook her head "Hey Mario, I know I sound a bit bossy but this is one of the greatest oil reserves here. We can't afford to be slacking of now." She turned back to Tessy. "So let's get this job over with shall we?"

Mario looked back at Tanaya. "Sorry..." Mario said as he remembered she had weak ears. Mario turned off the musci and sat properly in his chair, slouched a bit.

"I forgot about your ears Tanaya...I didn't mean to piss you off." Mario put a serious face on and listened to the debriefing of the mission.

Seed
Haldir glanced over to scythe then to the targets and drew an arrow.He said "Talen said who would be going and how we were going to get there.Kuu is going incase any of our weapons break." pointed toward the broken blade.Aiming toward the 100 yard he said"we are the two men wrecking crew."He fired the arrow and it finds the center of the target.

“Kuu, that’s too much honour, I’m merely the er.. what’s the word again..? ..Mission-guy!” Talen laughed nervously. He liked the information gathering and getting something arranged but briefings weren’t his strong point and they made him nervous. “Anyways.. I think you could bring along your hammer, and clamps, indeed, and we already took a decent amount of arrow-wood and metals from the storage. They will be loaded into the helicopters ones they arrive. And..ah..just a second.. where did I leave the cursed thing..” Talen had turned around and seemed to be going through a whole pile of junk that was laying just behind the blackboard. After a while he arose from the pile with a grin on his face. “Found it!” He dragged a pretty heavy suitcase with two hands to the table and clicked it open. Inside it was a rather compact welding device. “We found this thing near an abandoned Life base. We’re not quite sure how long it will hold but it should do the trick for a while. It’s easy to make fire with this thing, or do some really quick repairs I suppose. Think you could work with it Kuu? Ahh..anyway! To everybody else, meeting is over. Please go pack your stuff and be ready around sunset, about 5 hours from now, unless you’re not coming.”

With this Ruby nodded and took a small package of envelops and ran off, searching for the ones who had been mentioned by Talen, handing them the letters which contained all the information Talen had said during the briefing.

Life
“The robots can’t be used properly unless we give them co-ordinates I think.. So as much as you may dislike it..you will most likely have to closely co-operate with Huron. They need their commands after all. Now as for Mario’s company..” She cast her eyes to the ground and shook her head sadly. “I know it can be difficult to communicate with him while he’s listening to his so-called…music, but if Life is involved with this then I don’t want to take any risk. They won’t let us destroy their bombs without putting up a fight.”

Tessy turned her head now to Tanaya and smiled, nodding. “Indeed. We’ll have to give our bests! You all have about 6 hours left to pack and prepare yourself. You are all granted full access to the weapon deposit to take whatever items and equipment you find necessary. I doubt I’ll have to ask you to not waist any of it unnecessary though.. Well, that ends this briefing, everybody, dismissed.”

Life:

Tanaya nodded and walked out of the briefing room. She headed straight for the weapon deposit. Once there, she began to sort out her equipment. She picked a handgun and a few ammo rounds. Though she wasn't planning on actively using them, she prefered to rely on her material combat, it never hurt to be prepaired.

Speaking of prepaired, it never hurt to do a bit of training. She had a few hours to burn anyway. Having picked her equipment, Tanaya made her way to the training facilities, once she arived she started going trough her usual warming up routine, she ran a few laps around the room before starting on the punching bag. She punched the bag until a dent could be clearly seen in it, and then continued with a few streching exercises, streching her body in near-inhuman ways.

But then again, she wasn't fully human, was she? She remembered Mario's comment back at the briefing center. Sure, he meant it in a nice way, but it still pissed her of. People looked at her differently because of her ears, and that was something she couldn't take. Was it her fault that she was created this way?

Frustrated, she decided that that was enough streching exercise, and continued to punch a hole in the punching bag.

"Why wuld he want me to go?" Scythe asked, "I've never been on a mission before, and this one seems to be rather important." Marth looked at the arrow in the centre of the target. "Nevertheless, this will proove to be a fun expedition, I think." Scythe smiled as he stepped back and watched Haldir shoot at the targets.

Kuu seemed to perk up at the idea of working with a new weapon and atonce he was out of his chair, the thing toppling and somehow staying in one piece through his rough movement. But he seemed oblivious to the dismissed group, looking over the device Talen had brought out, checking all angles, weighing it carefully,"Hmm...Hmm..."

He tried a few things, rapping his knuckles against the side, frowning then looked up, seeming to remember Talen was there,"Its a bit heavy. But I think I can handle the weight. I'll work with it in the time before we have to leave after I pack most of my other things. Speaking of which...maybe I can test it with Haldirs sword...from what I hear, he broke it."

Sighing and slinging the welder back in the suitcase and clipping it shut, he lugged it off the table, setting off, stopping off where he knew Haldir had left the broken blade for him to pick up(since he DID say it was broken).

He reached the training rooms about the same time as Haldir was leaving and waved a slight good bye, calling to the man before he vanished,"I'll fix your sword before we leave. But don't be late Haldir, or you don't get your sword back."

Shaking his head, leaning the heavy suitcase against his outer thigh long enough to gather the broken sword and handle, taking them with him to his work shop, which was also primarily his bunk room. The place was a mess of tools, old weapons no longer needed, a few he still fooled around with. And so he set to work on repairing the tool, working for the first time with the welding tool that Talen said they'd found.

Life

Shinsei frowned deeply, digging his chin into his knee. He really didn't like having to work in close quarters with someone...especially since that person had to give commands to electronic objects and make noise,"Well atleast he can follow...but NOT right on my tail. When scouting, I move alone."

He was plainly angered now by the fact of having to work with Huron so closely. He sighed, finally dropping his leg with an audible click to the floor,"If I have to work so close with the guy..I guess I should meet with him before hand and see if he can take a look at my goggles...they've been acting up since last mission."

Its the only words he gave for giving into Tessy, sulking now as he headed out of the meeting room, though his features changed once out the door and set off to find Huron, stopping Life members along the way, asking for his location.

avengerv woke up and went to talen and asked this talen you no ive been here along time 7 years infact thats longer than you i think i just wanna no while this mission is going on what the hell do you think i should do. i mean my job is to keep you safe i voud that along time ago but are you gonna go. to the mission cuz if not ill just train for awhile. but if so i ask if i should come to watch you and make sure you stay safe. then avenger looked kinda weird and wated for a responce.

alexander left his desk to go to his room where his laptop was he was charging its battery for when they left. alexander knew he probbaly get a computor at the mission but he has a rule he dosent use any computor but his. even if he has to connect it to another one. after hooking up the charger alex went back tom his desk and pulled out a picture of a brown haired pretty girl. it was a picture of ann his dead wife. alex put the small picture in his pocket he takes it everyware with him. it helps him do his work. alex put on a blue jacket he was getting ready to go to the mission in 5 hours. then he got out his clatholic neckless of jesus on the cross kissed it at put it away. sense alex's wife passed. he gets ready for every mission like its his last. alex set down and got on his desktop to waste time. he got a weird email from a hacker he emails information to the hackers name kiid. said to remember clean up after your self. alex thought it may be a joke or maybe a message of somekind. alex then continued to send emails to other hackers for some help on this mission. like what they no. alex went on with his buissness.

alexander got off the computor with a peice of paper he wrote some information down. then alex stood up and kinda danced around he was tired of waiting. he really wanted to find out this thing he wanted to know if it seeds falt he was at the point to ask tess when the hell are we getting this crap over with.

Mario walked to his room and looked around for the right stuff to bring. He had to have his music, so he left his headphones around his neck, like he usually did. He packed some clothes, lots of money, and a few charms he had been given through his life. He noticed on charm and thought, Mom gave me this one...for my 14th birthday...before I left to train with Life. Well, I'll wear this one around my neck. Mario wore the charm around his neck. It was a silver dragon, and it was real silver.

Mario approached the weapons facilities and armed himself with a black pistol and about 7 rounds of ammo; a little dagger in his left pant leg; and he grabbed his own pistol, that he bought with his own money at home. He looked around to see if he needed anything else...he took on sniper - he had some advanced sniper skills. He disassembled the sniper and packed it in the case. He took the weapons and packed them in his large bag of items.

When Mario finished, he walked down to the training room. He was going to do one final workout before his departure. As Mario walked into the room, he noticed Tanaya beating the crap out of the punching bag. There was a small hole in it. "Wow! Tayana, stop it! Calm down..." Mario said as he ran over to her and seperated her from the bag. "I've been wondering something," Mario said, "does it bother you when people notice your ears? Is that what pissed you off in the briefing room? I'm sorry if I hurt you, but I relized my mistake and told you it, I meant nothing of it." Mario tried to explain as he offered his hand to Tanaya.

Life:

Tanaya was breathing heavily, and looked at Mario's hand. Of course it pissed her of! She had never asked for those ears! Hell, she had never asked to be used as a test subject in the first place! But how could he know that? He had never experienced what she had gone trough!

She shook her head, those were wrong thoughts. She could best preserve her anger for those that deserved it. She shouldn't, no she couldn't unleash them on Mario like that.

She shakingly took his hand. "I'm sorry Mario, It's just that... I never asked to be this way, to be different. They talk about me, of course they think I can't hear hem but I can. So I try to get them of me. But I reacted it on everyone who made comments on my ears, even you, while al you meant was that you forgot how sensitive they were."

She collapsed to the ground, shaking and hugging her knees to her chest. "Why, why did it have to be me?" Tears started welling into her eyes.

Huron finished his Battle bike so he wanted to test it to make shore it was working before the mission so Huron goes down to the training area to test it when he gets there Huron rolled it in the shooting rang and got ready. Huron got on the Bike and flipped a switched on the handle the front of the bike opened up and Huron dropped in and the back of bike finished the morph the Huron pulled out the energy rifle and got ready to fire.

Haldir did not have to pack cause his saddle bag had everything he needed.Haldir had been a wonderer before he joined seed.He went into the dojo grabbed 4 targets and set the in different ranges and areas.Haldir climbed on Dark sky and rode 100 yards before grabbing his bow."Sirod Dark sky sirod," and Dark sky took off as fast as he can.
Haldir drew two arrows and fired hitting two of the four targets.Dark sky turned and charged the other way.They did this for 30mins then stopped so haldir could gather his arrows from the targets.

Talen tilted his head a little. “I appreciate your worry, Avenger, but I think I already mentioned that you were part of this mission already. Maybe Ruby has yet to deliver your letter then.” He smiled brightly. “No offence, but I’d rather have you at our side in case of a fight then to have your training here. Is that allright?”

As he asked this, a loud noise grew louder and louder, a strong wind sweeping up sand at the entrance of Seed’s hideout cave. “Ah..looks like the helicopters arrived.” Talen took a small backpack from underneath his small desk and slumped it over his shoulders. Looking at the entrance of the cave and then back at Avenger and waiting for reply.

Tessy went to her own dorm-room, entering her access-code and entered her room. She took her orange backpack from her back and shook all items out, above her bed. She checked them all, one by one, making sure she hadn’t forgotten anything.

Notebook, check, communication device, check, stunner, check, Swiss multiple uses knife, check, dried food pills, check, water bottle, check, first aid kid, check. She tapped her goggles to make sure they were still there and then proceeded to repack everything in her backpack, which she slided over her arms again, then making her way down the halls.

Mario looked at Tanaya with sympathy. "Tanaya...please don't cry." Mairo tried to talk to her, "Look...lemme tell you something that I have learned over the past few years of my life. Everyone is different...nobody will ever be the same as anybody else...NOBODY! I look at myself ever day in the mirror and see a happy kid who wants to have fun. I think, at your age, being almost the same as me, you should see the same..." Mario noticed the tears dripping off Tanaya's cheeks. He knelt down beside her and helped her out of her crunched position. "Please, Tanaya, I have known you only for a few months, but I wish for your happiness. You seem like such a great person, and I wish people would treat you properly...I don't believe in discrimination."

Mario paused and dug up some deep things to say, "Tanaya, you are different from everyone in the universe...and so am I. We have both been discriminated against and made fun of. Everyone is discriminated against some time in their life - you, obviously very much. But you have to move on, forget about what people say about you and live like you want to. Don't take crap from anybody. I never do, so you shouldn't either. You have to be proud of your individuality and differences from everyone else." Mario whiped the tears from Tanaya's face and stood her up with him. "Tanaya, how about I stick with you and make sure people appreciate you...make sure they don't screw you over or make fun of you. I wanna help you, you just have to accept my offer. Comon, let's go to the shooting range and fire some rounds." Mario smiled and hugged her lightly to comfort her. "Do you wanna come with me to the shooting range?" Mario asked with a smile of encouragement on his face.

Life:

Tanaya looked at Mario with a new face. Here was the boy who she had berated for his lack of duty, helping her from what could be called her biggest emotional pit. She felt... relieved, and it took her a moment to figure out why. He was concerned about her. Truely and genuely concerned. He had accepted her, despite her being what she was.

A happy kid who wants to have fun? Those words beared the ring of truth. She did want to have fun, she was only seventeen after all. But still, it wasn't the same. People looked down on her because she wasn't human, Mario was. She shook her head, that didn't matter now. Mario would help her. She would finaly be accepted, and after this mission was complete, she would have loads of friends.

She returned the hug, letting the final tears flow before whiping them away and facing Mario. "Sure, let's burn some rounds." Her smile turned into a playfull smirk. "Race you to it!" She called before taking of.

"Damn," Mario laughed, "can't let her beat me there!" Mario chased Tanaya...she won. "

Mario walked into the room and registered himself and Tanaya for a 20 minute practice. Mario placed himself in the shooting box and pulled out his pistol. He looked at Tanaya as she was looking away from him. He smiled...Mario loves helping people, and this person wasn't only helped, she was relieved of her problems...Mario felt proud of himself and of Tanaya - for being able to accept herself and taking Mario's advice.

He aimed his gun at the first target and fired a hole right between the eyes. The targets were about 100 feet away. "Heh...I'm soooo good!" Mario exclaimed in laughter. "Now it's your turn Tanaya.." Mario said with a smile.

Life:

Tanaya smiled, that race was easily won. After all, her inhuman abilities weren't aimed for strength alone. She waited patiently as Mario registered them, taking the time to ask one of the employees for her special headphones. Although she able to withstand the sound of a gunshot, doing it in a closed quarter and for a large amount of time was not a wise idea.

When they were done she watched Mario take place in one of the shooting boxes and nail a target right between the eyes. Her jaw dropped. So it wasn't just big talk She thought. he really is good. She noticed Mario gesturing her that it was her turn, so she took place and aimed for the target. Hitting it in the left shoulder.

She sighed, not as good as Mario, but a decent shot anyway. The difference between their skills was clearly visible.

Mario laughed, "So you beat me in the race...but it seems I will win the shootout!" Mario turned to the next target and fired away, hitting it in the right cheek, right beside the nose. "You're good, Tanaya...you have talents that need to be let out...show me some more skills that you got later, when we finish up here. Okay?" Mario looked at her and gave her the next target.

"Listen, okay. The way to shoot straight and precisely is to focus. Don't mind anything else around you...you gotta find a way to cancel everything out, and focus only on the target. Don't mind that I'm watching you either...just pay attention to your target." Mario explained to Tanaya. "If you learn to focus on your enemy your shot should improve." Mario smiled. He watched Tanaya on the next shot, to make sure she used his advice.

Huron was standing there ready for the targets then 50 targets jumped out as they jumped out the battle bike’s targeting system locked on the all the targets and all Huron would do is pull the trigger and all the targets where gone “Good it works perfectly” Huron said. 50 more targets jumped out and the same thing happened agene and targets hit Huron then puts his rifle away “Hay give me some of the heaver stuff” Huron said to the booth guy “Yeh give me a min” He said in return. “Ok it ready just push the button” He said “Ok thanks” Huron said as he pushes the button and a really heavy target jumped out Huron armed his micro missile and fired the target was obliterated in the blast “They work perfectly as well it looks like every thing works” Huron said to him self.

alexander started to walk the he went to his room where his laptop was charged for 24 hours worth of use. he put his charger and other thins in a bag with his laptop then grabbed a gold pocket watch allright almost time alex thought. then he went back out and started to wait for someone to talk to. he was kinda bored bye himself.

Kai sat on the floor of her room bent over some old weapon parts. She had been there all day trying to modify them. "come on, " she muttered to herself fitting some together, "almost....." She finally says under her breath, "I wonder..." She wasn't talking to anyone specifically but she still felt like speaking, regardless if anyone was listening to her. "I wonder...if our planet will last much longer..." She speaks in a voice of grief. Leaning against the wall she continues to talk, but mentally. She was thinking about what she should do about the people caring more about the people. She too thought people were important, but nonetheless she couldn't doubt to herself just how people can't live if the planet isn't treated with respect.

Kuu finally left his room, Scythes sword fully repaired, slung over his sholder, the other sholder holding the strap of a heavy duty back with his supplies, a heavy looking hammer hanging off the side of the bag, a suit case with the welding tool in his other hand.

He reached the gathering area, waving slightly to Talen with the sword hand, his other full and broke into a jog to reach the man,"This thing works great Talen!"

He lifted the suitcase slightly to show what he ment, then lifted the repaired sword in Talens view to show the break was clean and gone, the blade whole once more before he turned slightly,"Wheres Scythe? I should return this before we go."

Life

Shinsei appeared some moments after Huron and Alexander had started talking, slinging the dark blue bag onto an empty chair and noticed Huron,"Just the person I was looking for. Huron, I was wondering if you could possibly check over my goggles before we leave, they were acting up last mission and I'm not that good at being sure whats wrong. I was trying to find you but I was pointed in all directions."

As he was talking he slid his goggles over icy blue eyes for a moment as though to double check them and what could be wrong before sliding them off, moving within reach of the pair, holding the goggles toward Huron, adding on a side note,"Sounds like we'll be working together on scouting and all."

Huron grabbed the goggles and started to take a look at them “Yeh sounds like it” Huron said. “Toolbox” Huron said as he opened the goggles up and toolbox rolled up to him Huron then pulls out a screwdriver and starts to fix them. 30 min latter “Done there as good as new” Huron said as he handed back the goggles. “How much time left is there before the mission” Huron asked.

Lerena finishes fixing her hair and doing any other necessary actions in the bathroom. She walks out of the bathroom and takes out a cloth from a secret compartment in her staff. She polishes it at her normal corner at the back of the room.

Tanaya blinked, and looked at the clock. He was right! "Whoa, gotta hurry!" She said as she litteraly tossed the headphones back at the employee. "Come on, let's go!" She said to Mario as she grabbed him by the arm and dragged him down the hall.

Mario laughed as Tayana pulled him through the halls. "Tayana, let go...hahah!" Mario stoped Tayana and said, "Follow me, please. I know the way to the subway station, and I heard people talking about the subway before...something about Huron and some other guy and machines...but it was a meeting at the subway. Let's go!"

Mario now took Tayana by the arm and directed her through the halls and out the Life headquarters building.

Tanaya sighed and alowed Mario to guide her trough the halls. When they arived at the subway station, she looked around. "Okay, so now what?" She asked, as she continued to look for the other teammembers.

"Tayana, you go look for the others in that train over there," Mario said, directing her to the south train, "and I'll check these ones." Mario said tilting his head to the north train.

Mario looked through each car individually and took time to search. He couldn't find them in the north bound train, so he called, "Tayana, they're somewhere in the south bound train. I'm coming over to help you look!" Mario ran over and hopped into the same car as Tayana.

Kuu perked up when Scythe made himself known, swinging the heavy sword off his sholder and holding it up to show it off,"Good as new. Now we better join Talen and Haldir. I bet their already outside with the helicopters."

He turned, motioning for the others to follow him after handing over the repaired sword to Scythe. He soon joined Talen and Haldir outside, watching Dark sky stealing Haldirs hat and such and finally spoke up,"I'm not so sure Dark sky will like the ride much. And we all have to go by air...."

He shruged lightly, fixing the strap on his bag, resting the suitcase by his feet to wait for any others to join them.

Life

Shinsei brightened as he fixed the goggles back on, pulling them down to test them, frowning when his goggles seemed to intercept the comlink from Tanaya,"Hello? Tanaya? Where are you guys? We should be leaving soon."

He was replying somehow to the girl, frowning and giving Huron a raised eyebrow, confused as to WHY his goggles were doing that now. Right after Huron fixed them and all. But he shruged it off, waiting for a moment before seeming to remember and pressed a finger to an area of strap at the side of his head, pressing until he reached a program he needed, gaze now on the screens of the goggles,"You guys are...north of us. You should take the south bound train to get here. We're mostly in the meeting room. I'm not sure where Tessy is."

Kuu frowned, eyeing Dark sky,"I don't know if he'll fit.......hes kinda big....we have to all fit on there after all. Its up to Talen though, if he believes we should even try to make room."

He shruged gently,"Nothing against Dark sky ofcourse, its just hard to take a horse of his size into the air to go to the area we're going, where it probably wont be safe, as we're walking over areas with bombs."

He glanced toward Talen, then around them before swinging his bag off his sholder, crouching to check the contents of his bag once more before they left.

Scythe grabbed the blade from Kuu. "Well now I have three." He said as he waited a minute before following. He decided to talk to Talen, he didn't exactly know what was going on, for he'd left he meeting early, not thinking he'd be part of the mission. While walking over he strapped the third blade on his right side, under his dagger. 'I didn't want to pack anything, now I have three swords,' Scythe frowned 'these are really gonna weigh me down.' He thought as he caught up to the group.

"Should we get in the hellicopter now?" He asked as he noticed Dark Sky and laughed. "We're taking a horse?" Marth questioned the intelligence of these people. It would only slow us down, not to mention be a waste of food." Scythe said as he walked up to Talen. "What exactly are we doing on this mission?" He asked.

"Right Shinsei, were on our way. Thank you." Tanaya boarded the train with Mario and headed south towards the meeting room. Once they arived there she walked into the room and headed towards the rest of the group. "Right, now that were all together, all we have to do is wait for the helicopters to arive." She sat in one of the nearby seats and waited patiently.

Huron was sitting on his bike with his arms crossed over the handlebars of the bike. The only thing is that Huron was sleeping there with his head on his arms. As more people arrived Huron looked up saw who it was then put his head back down trying to sleep.

Mario walked in with a smile of relief. "Thank God, I thought we'd never find you guys. I didn't wanna be left behind!" Mario laughed as he took a seat beside Tayana. "So...who are we still waiting for Shinsei?" Mario asked in excitement. "And how much longer until the helicopters arrive?"

"He doesn't eat human food and we do have 5 helicopters right i will get on a different one with him," Haldir said. He wasn't going to leave Dark sky behind and if Dark sky didn't come Haldir wasn't coming either.

avenger went to the hellicopters beside everyone else. to see this through. he was thinking about his pat for some reason he thought of being 6 in a orphanage reading books about warriors and elfs. and wizards. avenger was really getting bored with life he was beggining o think about leaving seed for awhile.

She sighed. "Oh, that's good, I'll get in last." She sharpens the attack end of her staff while she awaits her turn to board a helicopter. After she is done sharpening it she begins to twirl it around to make sure her skills haven't slipped. OOC: I’m so sorry.. Been ill for about a whole week. Refused to take medicines and that was result. I just hate using antibiotics. After that, there was a whole ‘o_o gawds..school~!’ feeling because this term is coming to it’s end, and I have a whole lot of projects to hand in. Being a fulltime procrastinator I now have about a week and a half to finish designing a whole interior for a discotheque, making it, and making a flyer for the whole thing (whoo, photoshop <3). That is just art class >.> Then there’s some essays for English and Dutch, and a whooping debate to prepare myself for. THEN the ‘test-week’ hits me, and it will be study study study till the break of dawn. Long story short: Busy busy, and will stay busy for another three weeks. I’m aware of the fact that that is way too long to be stalling a RPG for that long. That’s basically why I’m asking if there are any volunteers who’d like to keep this story under their wing for that time ^^; Please PM me if you are interested.

Also..on a side note, to those who I’m currently RPG-ing with in other RPG’s then this one…I’m truly sorry, but my character will be like a puppet travelling along for a while ^^; I’ll try to catch up with you as soon as things calm down here.

OCC: I would like to make a brief announcement to all RPG members. please read this post. I have officially taken the role of Tessy onto my shoulders so we can continue the RPG. Wing 7 has taken the leader of Seed. We will post for both - our characters, and the leaders (Tears' characters) until Tears comes back. We will now continue the RPG.

Life
Tessy was finally done with her packing. She gathered her equipment (gun, headset, body armour) and she left the Life HQ. She headed for the train station to board the southboud train. She rode the train to the building where the group was and said, "Shinsei...your mission with Shadow will begin now. Head to the oil dig by air. Take these tickets...for the plane ride."

Tessy, then looked over to Mario and Tayana, "You kids are coming with me. We're going to the oil dig as well, but we're not following Shinsei and Shadow; we're going to get as close as possible to the Seed headquarters. From there, we can try and get some information about their plans." She stood before all four members of the Life force and exclaimed, "Let's get this show on the road!"

Everyone was to leave for their jobs at the site now.

Life
Mario jumped up off his seat in excitement. "Yes! We're finally gonna do something!" He did a little dance of joy, feeling a little embarrassed though. He laughed nervously, as nobody seemed to care for his little dance. He popped one ear phone into his left ear and said, "Ok, let's go then." His music started playing. Now the song was from Rise Against - Give it All. He listened and smiled. Mario loved is music.

Tanaya sighed as Mario started his music again. Some people never change. She folowed Tessy "So, we're going to infiltrate the Seed headquarters then?" He ears fliked towards Tessy. "Do you think that's a wise idea to do with a gun expert? No offense Mario, but guns aren't excactly known for their silent aproach."

Tessy said to Tayana, "Tayana, don't worry about Mario. He's not going in to fight, and neither are you. You two will follow me to the oil reserve. Together, we are going in to try and find out the source of the huge crack through the oil dig area. Meanwhile, Shinsei and Shadow will be going closer in to try out the machine to find out more information about the source. Once we discover the source of the crack, and fix it as best as we can, the plan is to return to the base and debrief on future missions. If this is done right, we all get a week off. So let's work at our best, shall we?" Tessy looked around at each group member and finished with, "The bus to the airport leaves in 3 hours. We have some time to kill, so perfect your tactics and skills while we're here. The is a room in the back of the building reserved exclusively for us. Go find the department of your expertise and work at your skills." Tessy nodded as she opened the doors to the large room.

"Wow, a week off!" Mario exclaimed through his music. "I guess my only option, then, is to work to my potential..." Mario laughed and got ready to get on the plane. The bus to the airport was leaving in a few hours, so there was time to prepare before the departure. Mario looked at Tayana and tilted his head in the direction of the shooting range, "Wana go have another shoot-out Tayana?" Mario smiled as he began to walk over to the room. He handed Tayana's custom headset over to her...he snuck it into his inventory before he left. He knew she may need it, so he kept it with him just incase. "Come on! We can't waste any time...plus, this session is free!" Mario contiued to walk towards the room, expecting Tayana to follow.

talen was done with his preporations he had to tell avenger that he couldnt go because they needed him here to keep it safe. avenger was dissapointed but obeyed talen. talen announced to all seed members that avenger was in charge tell he got back so everyone listen to him. talen said his good bies and went outside to the hellicopters. IN a loud voice talen said everyone whos suppose to go get in the choppers so we can get the hell out. (TALEN WAITED FOUR THE CREW TO GET IN)

Tessy looked at Alexander and replied, "Yes, Alexander...the reason I left you out of the plane trip to the reserve was because I wanted you here. All of us will be gone...and I need someone to stay just incase the base is in need of security." Tessy walked over to Alexander and handed him a gun and a communicator. "If anything happens, use the communicator on channel 4. That's what mine is set at. It's a world-wide communicating device, so don't worry about losing me on the thing." She turned around and sat by the room that wveryone else went into.

Scythe walked over to an empty hellicopter. He jumped in and placed his swords on the ground, because the were weighing him down. He layed down and listened to the stupidity going on outside. "It's just a horse!" He shouted to Haldir, "You won't die if it doesn't come, just get in a copter so we can leave. The more time you waste complaining about your horse, the more damage Life will be able to do to the oil reserve." Scythe closed his eyes and waited to leave.

Life:

Tanaya rolled her eyes. "Yeah sure I'm comming, but don't expect me to give you a good run for your money." She took her headset and followed Mario to the training room and leaned against the counter. "You go ahead and have the first shot." She said as she put on her headset.

Mario started the targets and tunred around to face them. They were fast this time, there was no time to think about the shot, just time to shoot. Mario whipped out his gun, just as the first target was disappearing, and fired at the target's neck. "Damn, missed the head..." Mario looked at Tayana and smiled. "Ummm...before you go for your shot...I want to ask you something." Mario walked closer to Tayana. "Can you tell me more about yourself? We hardly know each other...you know what, I'm turning off the targets for a while. We can use about a half-hour to get to know about each other's past and present lives...even future ambitions." Mario smiled as he pulled a chair over for Tayana to sit. He sat as well. "So, tell me about yourself..." Mario said with his head striaght up in attention.

Alexander looked surprised when tess gave him the gun. ok tess ill stay here then talen gave a peice of paper with info. how to set toff the computor codes tess asked him to do. then alex waved bye. and went to his desk to for paper to write down what he should do why there away.

Tanaya sighed and sat down. "As you might have noticed, I am not fully human. I was born in a smal town far from here, but at young age I lost my family in one of these wars. As an orphan, I was picked out for a biological experiment to create a super soldier. I didn't volunteer, of course, but I was taken anyway." She shudered at the memory. "You can't posibly begin to imagine what it was like to feel your biological make up being altered, to sudenly have insticts and senses that you never had before."

Her ears twitched. "But for them, the experiment was a failure. Sure I was stronger then the average human, but they wanted a soldier that could lift trucks with one hand or run at jet-fighter like speeds. But they realized that was imposible, and so I was abandoned. After that I traveled around, but I was always looked at as a freak. Even after I joined Life, people whispered behind my back. Marking me as a freak."

She looked up "As for the future, I plan to find outwho the hell is responsible for the way I am now and make them pay. That's why I joined Life, because i think those Seed bastards are responsible for this. After that, I am going to see if I can find a way to live a normal life, without being called a freak every now and then."

Mario listened to Tayana's angry words and replied, "Tayana...I realize that your life is different than any other human's life...but you are still a normal human...just with different characteristics. You shouldn't think of yourself as different...or a freak...you are what you want to be." Mario moved his chair closer to her, almost like a way of telling her that he was interested. Then he finished his reply with, "Tayana...once we start fighting with Seed down at the oil reserves...I promise to help you...in all the things you want to do, both for yourself, and to Seed. I will help you find the bastards," Mairo punched the palm of his hand, "who made you feel how you feel...because nobody should feel like you do...the fear, the anxiety...NOBODY!" Mario hated to see people in those states of mind, like Tayana. So he was determined to help her feel better...

Anyway, Mario also had to tell his story to Tayana, so he calmed down and began, "My life was...well... a lot easier that your's. I grew up in a small city, and learned everything, from learning to walk to learning how to fire a gun, right there. My family was always very supportive of me and my choices. When I was 15 years old, I decided I wanted to move to the Life headquarters and work for them. I worked for 3 years...and now I am given the title "Expert", just like everyone else who was chosen for the task. My parents still write to me, and send me money. I...had a great life...and still do. That's why I don't want to see you the way you are...I want to see you happy and youthful...like me!"

Mario was calm still...and a little hungry, so he asked Tayana, "Umm...do you wanna go get a bite somewhere...like the restaurant down the street from here? I can take you, and we could talk some more there..." Mario hoped for a yes, because he was really hungry, and he wanted to talk with Tayana some more...

Tanaya snorted. "Yeah sure, let's grab something to eat." she said "Better then getting my *** while shooting anyway" She softly said afterwards. Inside she was still thinking about Mario's words. Still a human being? I don't think so. She ran her hand over her ears. No, I am no longer a fully human being. Not even from the inside. She knew that she not only had those ears of her altered, her complete biological make up included extra senses that allowed her increased reaction time, and increased strength, speed and agility. To adapt to these senses, she had to change her way of living.

She sighed an shook her head. No, I am no longer fully human. But why do I care? Like Mario said: I am what I want to be. And though he meant it in a different way, I know that he meant it well. She stood up. "Right, lets get going shall we?"

Mario stood up too and led Tayana out the door of the shooting range. As they walked down the hall to go outside to Mario's rental car, Mario said, "Ummm...Tayana...I know you aren't thinking the way I'm thinking...about your humanity. But, please belive me...you are human...though your physical characteristics have been altered, you are still the same girl you always were...you just don't seem to have the will to fight your new self. Now, personally, I accept you for who you are, never for what you look like...and I think you're a very attractive young girl." Mario started to blush a little bit, then he got back to his other point, "...Tayana, you have been altered physically, but your spirit...your soul, has not been changed - so you are the same person. And if you really desire to be the girl you were before...you will fight for it spiritually. You will ask God for help...whether you believe in Him or not, you will do it for your own sake...if you wish for yourself back..."

Mario and Tayana had reached the car and got inside. Mario started up the engine and asked Tayana, "Tayana...do you take what I say for granted? Because every word I say to you is meant to help you, not to hurt you in any way. Please take my words into consideration...I want to help...and always remember, I will always be here for you...for a shoulder to cry on, or for someone to have fun with and talk to...I am here." Mario drove and was half-way to the restaurant.

OCC: Dark Venus girl, basically what's happening is, me (Flame Demon) and Wing 7 are taking over the RPG until Tears comes back. you didn't miss a lot of posts actually...maybe like 5 or 6 from Seed. If you do read the Life posts, then what happened is basically, they are about to leave for the oil reserve and they have 3 hours to kill before they go, so they're doing their own little things. (i don't klnow about Seed cuz i don't read it.)

Mario continued to drive Tayana and himself to the restaurant. He was getting pretty hungry. Finally, they arived at the restaurant. Mario thought it was just down the street from the HQ building, but it was more like a few blocks away.

Mario got out of the car and walked over to Tayana's side to open her door. He opened it and made a kind hand gesture to lead her out of the car. "Come on, I know you're hungry, let's go eat..." Mario smiled at Tayana as he watched her.

Tanaya smiled back at Mario. "Yes, I am hungry. Let's eat." she followed Mario into the restaurant. They sat down and Tanaya smiled at Mario. "So, Mario, I'm really thankfull for what you've done, but I want to know one thing." She looked at him and her ears flikked down as her face took a serious expression.

"I want to know excactly what your feelings are towards me."

Mario sat staring at Tayana...almost scared. He obviously liked Tayana, but he didn't want her to know that. Yet, in a way, he did. So he started, "Ummm...Tayana..heh...funny you should ask that kind of question...heh..." Mario was almost too nervous to speak. But he pushed himself and did it, "Alright, Tayana, you want the truth...I...I like you. That's why I brought you out...so we could spend some time together. Obviously, I didn't want you to know...but now you do..." Mario finished, nervous about how Tayana would react to his confession. Mario looked at her, and she was still looking at him...he was getting the impression that she liked him, but he couldn't be too sure. Mario waited for Tayana to reply.

Life:

Tanaya sat back and let things bounce around in her head. So Mario was interested in starting a relation with her, no big surprise there seeing how he was sort of a skirtchaser, but maybe there was more to this then a good night in the closest hotel. Seeing as he was trying to do a job of hiding it, although he failed quite misserably.
She would just have to find out if he meant it or not.
"Allright Mario, I'll be onest, I like you too." She smiled at him "You've been the first person I met who doesn't look at me as some sort of bio-engineerd freak so you certainly have my good side. Let's see what we can make of this."
She the winked at him. "Let's see if you can hold a relationship with a catgirl."

Life

Mario's face was red. Redder than it had ever been. "Tayana..." Mario was speechless. He choked when he tried to speak. He finally stopped being afraid of her ambitions to start a relationship and said, "Tayana...wow...I never would have expected that you would accept that I liked you...no girl has ever really liked me before...they always thought I was too kind." Mario was in shock...a good kind of shock.

This is definitely a good thing...I am actually wanted by someone. Other than Tayana, the closest thing to a girlfriend that I had was my music...Mario though hopelessly. He was excited about Tayana and himself being together. But, he decided something, "Tayana...I really would like for this to work out...so we shouldn't tell the rest of the group. It would probably not be such a good idea to let them know...because in business, collegues aren't supposed to get involved with each other..." Mario paused, noticing the waiter coming by to serve their table. "Can I take your orders please?" the waiter asked. "Ummm...yeah, I'll take the biggest pizza you have...I guess we'll just share it. And some water too, please." Mario looked over at Tayana, "No use getting drunk before our first big mission..." He laughed. Mario began to feel very comfortable around Tayana...he was quick to adapt to the relationship.

The waiter left to get Mario's order. "So, Tayana...we still have about two and a half hours left before the bus gets here...what should we do. Should we practise our shooting some more? Or..." Mario face turned a little devious and mysterious, "...should we...ummm..." Mario moved his head over the table and kissed Tayana. He took his lips off of hers and waited for a reaction...

Talen was tired of waiting for others he looked at scythe and said ok sense noones coming ill be right back. talen then ran back to the seed base where she saw avenger talen then asked if avenger would still come avenger looked surprised. he said why? talen explaineed that none was there except scythe so he asked avenger to go after haldir and meet up with scythe and him at the site. avenger agreed he then went in the direction of haldir on a bicycle. its all he had so then talen got in the chopper with scythe. ok scythe talen said its just you and me for a little while. so then talen and scythe flew off. and all the hellicopters left aswell. talen left a map to the spot for others to follow. meanwhile avenger saw haldir way farther then him toward the site.

avenger tried to peddle to get close but he then noticed that cuz of good eyesite he just saw haldir many miles ahead of him. avenger thought to himself well ill catch up eventully. meanwhile talen looked at scythe in the hellicopter and said good luck.

Life:

Tanaya couldn't help but blush as Mario kissed her, her ears clapped to the sides of her head as she blushed beet red. "Uhm, er, th- thank you." she murmered, out of lack for anything better to say. Not surprisingly, after all, this had been her first kiss.
She then managed a smile and returned the kiss.
As she sat back, the waiter returned with their order. He looked at Mario, then at her and rolled his eyes. As he walked back Tanaya could clearly hear him murmer something like 'kids'.
But Tanaya's eyes had been drawn to the delicious pizza in front of them. Mario was about to learn that a part of a catgirl's love lies in her stomach, as she has a very high metabolism and can eat a lot.
At least, if you call threequarter of a huge pizza in five minutes a lot.

Mario also took a look at the huge pizza. "Wow! This looks so good!" Mario sad as he grabbed a few slices. Mario ate the piza like there was no tomorrow. Eventually, he learned that Tayana had a huge appetite...and he was happy to know it. They had something in common. Mario had eaten about half the pizza, and the other half was being taken by Tayana. Wow, you sure love food it looks lke...heh, that's cool..." Mario was still kind of nervous from the kiss.

Mario looked at Tayana and smiled, then put on a more serious expression and said, "Tayana, what should we do after this? The bus will be coming soon...in about and hour now..." Mario had looked at the clock behind him and noticed that they had been sitting at the reastaurant for almost two hours...that seemed so short.

Tessy looked up at the clock at the HQ building. "It's almost time to go." She murmured to herself. She walked into the facilities that everyone had been training at and called them into the foyer. "We will be departing to the airport in one hour! Everyone pack up and get ready to leave." She looked into the shooting range a few times, trying to find Mario and Tayana and she noticed they were gone.

Tessy knew they had gone out, but didn't know where to. She tought to herself, Oh well, there's still an hour left before we leave...I'll give them some time to return...

Scythe opened an eye and looked at Talen. "Luck?" He smiled. "Well it is my first time, I guess a little luck couldn't hurt." He said as he closed his open eye. "How long do these missions usually last?" Scythe asked Talen.

Tanaya took her glass and downed it in one gulp. She then looked at Mario. "Have we really been sitting here for two hours? Man, time flies when you're having fun." She flattened her ears as she sat back and thought. "How about we go for a short walk? To look at the city?"

alexander really was getting bored he had to stay here while they were gone of course he had another hour or two tell he had to takeover but still. what was he to do just set around and do nothing but alex is a simple guy so he just signed on the internet for awhile he had just hacked into some files of the secret plans from seed. but there computor data wasnt much cuz there not into technology that much. but they had some info that some peole found out.

Mario looked at Tayan, "I don't think we should, we have to get back to the HQ. If we don't, we'll probably be late." Mario looked up at the clock again and noticed that another ten minutes had gone by. "Wow! That's fast, we only said a few things in ten minutes."

Mario got up and paid the waiter for the meal. "Come on, Tayana...I wish we had time to spare, but we have to go now." He saw a slight look of disappointment in her eyes so he decided, "Okay, how about we walk back to the HQ...we can leave the car...heh, I didn't pay for the rental." Mario laughed as he held Tayana's hand and helped her out of the seat. "Let's go, but we can't stop anywhere or we'll be late!" Mario laughed as they walked out the door and started back to the HQ.

avenger was riding the bike and peddiling slow he could tell that haldir was probbaly way ahead of him know . he had a map though so he didnt care Meanwhile.......... talen was kinda starting to think the worst for them but he just smiled. well scythe its me and you although im wondering how avenger is coming out with finding haldir.MEANWHILE...........avenger was getting tired of peddiling his bike so he just stopped for a little while damn he so fast on that fricken horse. while that was going on the hellicopters were getting close to the site. talen knew there were gonna be there soon he hoped that avenger would be there soon.IT WAS knight time so in the morning they should be there talen looked at scythe and said im gonna get some rest. talen then went to sleep meanwhile.........avenger started to go fast again he pulled out a bottle of water and draink half of it fast. Time grew longer to the moment of truth................

Haldir was 20-30 miles away from the site. He decided to stop and let Dark sky gets some rest before they did anything else. Haldir took of the saddle and halter then sat down taking his knife and stabbing it into the ground. Putting his ear next to the pomel and listened. "Well, well we are being followed Dark sky," Haldir said and looked out into the distance. Dark sky dug a hole into the sand hitting a water diposite. Haldir and Dark sky had their fill of water then got ready and set off again.

"We can only wait a few more minutes. But, if Tayana and Mario take much longer we'll be late and we'll fail the mission. This thing is all about timing!" Tessy told herself. She wondered whether she should go out to look for them or not. She decided to give them only a few more minutes. Any more than ten minutes and she would search.

OCC: Guys, Tora No Umi left the RPG a while ago. I don't know about Shadow Clash (now known as - searchman). I tried to get him back, now it's his decision to come back or not. We can find a way around this, but we'll need to bring other players into the RPG. if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it. (not just Life, Seed too...this isn't about playing the RPG, it's about continuing it smoothly.)
