Super Powers

after having watched The Incredibles the second time last night, I thought of this thing =P

If you could have ANY _ONE_ superpower, what would it be?


Mine would be superspeed :D I loved Dash...

that, OR, flight, invisibility, or telekenisis ^_^

Blood magic(able to perform various magics using of my own blood, like Count D from Petshop of Horrors or Mitari(aka Seaman) from YYH). Then I might actually be able to convince my parents to let me have prettiful knives. Or they might make sure I never get my hands on a knife ever again, prettiful or not. I'd also have to stock up on bandaids.

Of course, if I had to have a less "self-destructive" ability, I'd have to pick power over ice/cold(that includes immunity to cold, lowering the temperature of the air around me, freezing things, making small ice sculptures by freezing water vapor in the air, etc.).

Hm, lets see, invisibility (O.o that'd be nice), teletransportation (SP?), able to fly (though, if you can teletransport yourself, you don't need this ability xD) and thunder powers (so I could produce lightning from my hands o.O neat). ^_^

I'd take the ability of supernatural presence. You could make whole nations bow before you simply because they'd be awed by your essence, good thing is it also works the other way around one simple gaze could make a person so racked with fear they'd huddle in a corner and wet themselves. Well that or the power of domination, it'd be great to control anyone anyway you wanted.

But what are the downsides? There is a downside to everything. Having ice powers makes you more vulneable to fire; Blood magic dramatically increases the risk of you dying from blood loss.


But more importantly: Can you use Meta-Physical powers to steal souls?

Any power that would allow me to recompose the elements of any material. In otherwords, i'd be able to mold them into anything i want. It would be something like taking a leaf and being able to recompose it so that the leaf becomes sharper than a dagger.

Also when it comes to reading minds, I would definately skip out on that. It would be terrible to delve into someone else's mind and find out that they hate your guts.

Meta-Physical powers are when you manifest your fantasy into matter in the real world. So.. As long as any of you can come up with something here, Meta-Physicism should be able to simulate it and grant the same sort of powers. With no down sides at all.

Besides having to be SMART and somewhat CREATIVE.

Sadly, that's not a common trait around here :P
