Problem with the battle system

I started a battle against galdon and when I try to veiw my battle so I can fight it says there was a problem and I need to refresh or contact you guys. this also happenes when I try to look at other peoples battles? any one know what I should do ?

my friend is having a problem, he challeged some1 and once the battle started.. his opposition hit him once and then my friend hit him back and once it was his turn, that other kid lefted.. and my friend is stuck in the same battle and cant leave due to some kid leaving b4 the fight was over and never came back...

Is there a way to get him out, like can i post the users name that he was battlin and some1 just cancel the match or something

im doign a rematch with that guy today and it sucks cause he lefted again, when he agreed to the rematch.. im level 9 now after 2 day and hes only a level 5 after 2 days.. and i just want to murder him on my next hit but he still hasnt tried to hit me, cause hes not here :(
