A girl turns into a cat, except that it's supposed to be a tiger or something like that. So she's supposed to fight crime. I've only read the first volume. ^__^;; Sorry. It's cute. I dont' know very much though. I know there are tons of people who are at Anime Galleries Forums that know lots about it and like it. ^__^ Pop over there and ask. ^__^

The anime's good. Of course they changed some things, but...don't they always? Heh..Anyway, I've only seen it in Japanese with subtitles. I dont know how, but my friend got it. Probably imported it...(I donno if, with anime, thats even possible...! ^^; ) But still, I think the anime's great! It's sooo funny! And the opening and closing are sooo cute! ^^;

I have all the manga books and really want to see the anime.They were going to show it on the fox box but you decided what was shown in the fall by voting and Toyko Mew Mew didn't get picked.:( I think it was because the fox box is boy-oriented.:(

Tokyo Mew Mew is about five girls who hve their genes altered and become sort of half animals. Thery have to fight these aliens *(Kish, Pie, and Tart)* to save Tokyo and the world. Ichigo is the main character and has regular pre-teen problems with love and confusion. Then theres Mint who is rich and a little snotty but who is sweet inside. Then Lettuce who is clumsy and was formarlly pushed around. Pudding is the youngest and is good at acrobatics she is entergetic and my FAV! Zakuro is cool calm sophiticated, bassically the oppisite of everyone else. She is a beautiful model. They are Tokyo Mew Mew. Some other people are: Ryou the cute rich owner of the Mew Mew Cafe who is always helping the girls, Keiichiro who is the nice friend of Ryou who also helps them out, Masaya who is Ichigo's boyfriend, and her mom and dad who are um mom and dad.

I love this manga. I try to see the anime. It is supposed to be on...FoxBox or sumthin. But you have to vote and mostly its boys so..... The manga has a good story line but the drawing is...well kinda crappy. Kareen only gave it a 4/10. I don't know.. but it is still a good manga.

Did you know that all thier names are fruit Ichigo (Means strawberry in english), Mint, Lettuce, Pudding, Zakuro (means Pomagrade in english) Isn't that cool. Also on the cover of one of the anime the voice acter for Ryou had the illustrator draw all the guys in drag!

It's really kawaii!! I just love it. The manga is I think it was 7 volumes long, but the anime is pretty long. It's kinda of sad because some company is dubbing it and putting it on t.v. for kids. It's supposed to be in some state in the U.S... I forget which. I might watch it and see how it does. Ichigo rocks! ^_^

actually, Tiffany Grant told us that a lot of American titles are changed AT THE REQUEST of the japanese companies. so youre calling the original creators bakas. For example Samurai X. sounds stupid right? Blame the Japanese for making american companies call it that, because thats what they requested it be called. There are so many contracts and legal obligations, that if the japanese say to change something, you do it, no questions asked.
