What is the funniest anime that you've seen?

The funniest I've ever seen is probably Excel Saga. I mean, there is seriously no plot to the thing and it's just hilarious. ^_^ It makes me chuckle. And somehow, i've forced myself through 26 episodes of the plotlessness where the main character murders her own creater, is killed in almost every episode, and gets hit by a bus in the first episode.... It's very amusing.
