how do i get a folder thing or watever all you people are talking about and how do u upload pictures?

you mean for uploading images?

okay, first, make sure you are in admin mode. go to the top of the screen and click on "create/order my albums"
then click on "new" and in the small box, below the big one where it lists all the albums you have created and what order they are in, type in what you want to call the folder. then click on "apply modicications". then click on "continue" and then you made a folder for your images.

for uploading a pic. make sure you have the images in JPG file or BMP file.
in the first box, you can choose which folder the pic. will go in. in the next box, click on browse and open up the file for the pic you want. the other boxes are optional. then you can click on "upload picture" and then you are done.
