If you are going to include Hell Girl, then you should add Hell Girl: Two Mirrors and Hell Girl: Three Vessels. Although Three Vessels doesn't really get good and interesting until the halfway point. It's a good finish. I have not seen the fourth series which only came out last year in Japan.
But how about Devilman Crybaby? Akira agrees to be turned into an all powerful demon by Ryo unaware that:
Ryo is really a devil himself, and wishes to use Akira to destroy humanity. Akira eventually pays with his life, but Ryo does not come out too well either. Ryo must face his future alone.
