Q: What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

I am the weirdest. On Thanksgiving, and Thanksgiving only, I am a vegetarian. I do not care about turkey or Ham in the slightest. No, I want Stuffing and Corn Bread Casserole and Green Bean Casserole, and Mashed Patios and....

I ate a Thanksgiving-like dinner just now. Doesn't mean I won't wolf down the actual Thanksgiving meal the second I get the chance! lol

BTW: I'm not a vegetarian. I'll be piling the unhealthy food on my plate until I can't walk to the front door! j/k

Visit family. Eat turkey. Play it by ear.

Stuffing (when made right) is delicioso!! Yams, turkey, mac and cheese, ham, cornbread, collard greens, fried chicken, and you gotta' have cranberry slices. That's what whets my appetite. lol

Stay home and cook something like Lasagna or Crab Creole or just about anything but Turkey.

A nice benefit of having your birthday on Thanksgiving is that you can veto the usual Turkey dinner

Turkeys have it rough during the holidays. It's a guilty pleasure meal for me.

It's hard to soar with the eagles when you live among turkeys.

Now the question for you guys and gals is: first to eat or last to eat?

And remember: no elbows on the table!!

Drink and eat, mostly drink.

If with family, we all eat together.

No idea honestly. My husband and I moved pretty far from family, so it might just be the two of us. He hates turkey, so I guess I'll bake a chicken

I'll be at my Mother's with my brother and sister-in-law. My mother will have made a lot of healthy side dishes that i will want nothing to do with.

You're funny. I don't like healthy stuff either!

It is. However, a lot of people die in their 90’s, though they’ve eaten unhealthy food their whole lives. For example, Betty White is in her 90’s and she still eats hotdogs!!

Hot dogs are OK on occasion. The kosher ones don't have bug parts or sawdust fillers, so they are the healthiest.

It's disgusting to know what kinds of crap they throw into the foods you eat.
