OK, this is a hard one to see since Orihime's appearance changed during the show. But think about how Orihime would have looked two years before the series started and you can see the resemblance. The chest has not changed.

The first one, same tatoo but different shape of the head.

I can't tell with the top one because one of the pictures is cut off. Gin and Walker have the same eyes, but other than that, no. The others I can see the resemblance. Some extreme resemblance.

^ Some of those in the video are almost exact duplicates of each other. Others not.

But some of the illustrations look like fan art, which may not even resemble the actual characters. So I don't take that as evidence.
