i hate cartoons really. i know they are not anime. thats why they suck. since most others did this anyway ill just do it too. please no one correct me on how cartoons are not anime i am fully aware of that.anyway these are my favorite anime characters:

sailor moon: mamo-chan, usagi and rei.
yu-yu-hakusho:Botan
Tenchi: Ayeka, Washu and Ryoko
cowboy bebop: Spike Spiegel. and Julia.
