I need some advice

I came here as a DBZ mark, and some of you told me to check out other stuff. I since got Princess Mononoke and Vampire Hunter D. I liked VHD more, but both were exellent.

Anyway, to get to the point, what other films would you recommend?

I would suggest X 1999. I haven't seen it yet, but one of my friends says it is good. ^^ I also got Slayers the motion picture and it was okay....

I have watched a couple good animes and i have just got in to them i liked blodd the last vampire and tenchi forever so those are the only ones so far that i like i will tell you more if i find some.

It's easier to name the animes to avoid, y'know? So here goes!

Slayers - While it can be entertaining to some, it's pretty annoying and such in the long run.

Jin-Roh, The Wolf Brigade - Great animation and everything, but plot is terrible. IMO, at least. Horribly depressing, and if you're into that type, it's great, but even Blood and VH-D had exciting/laughable parts in them.

Once Upon a Time in China (series) - I think that's the name of 'em... They're kinda nifty, but REALLY meant for kids.

ANYTHING dubbed - Alright, I can&#39;t say anything. Cowboy Bebop has great dubbing, and they stay really true to the original words. But a lot of dubbing is terrible, because they take away from the original script and try to put American slang and really mismatched voices with the charactes. There&#39;s a reason each character has its seiryuu... And that&#39;s so that it matches the character. America slaughters it... >_<

Utena series is good too.
x/1999 is a very good movie.
